Was excited about the new Barnes Crossing location but that was pointless. My first visit was AWFUL! Don’t waste your time or money. 2 pizzas, a “cheesebread”, and 2 liter was $40. The cheesebread was actually a deepdish pizza with hardly any cheese in fact. The old world pepperoni pizza had literal stacks of pepperoni and was just piled on hardly cooked at all. Nothing was even remotely good enough to even eat. Total waste.

3rd time I have went into this location to order and had to stand in wait as employees are on the phone. Also twice I have been told that none of the hot and ready pizzas in the heater are available and I must wait 30 minutes. Lastly, please check your order before leaving as I had two extra most bestest that ended up being cheese when I arrived home after a 30 minute wait .

I like little Caesar’s, but this particular location is horrible. 2 or 3 times in the past 2 weeks, I have stopped and ordered an extra pep pizza. Every time it felt as if I was eating the pizza box itself. I stopped today and ordered the same pizza. The cheese is almost hard, There’s little to no sauce on it. And I’m pretty sure that if I threw the crust at someone, it would kill them. This pizza has very obviously been sitting in that warmer all day and I was the unlucky guy to get stuck with it. I would rather by pizza from a gas station than to go back here to get a not so hot and been ready since yesterday pizza.

I bought 3 half pepperoni and half cheese sticks and some cheesy bread. The sauce on the pizza was strong, it was like it had marinara sauce on it a a sprinkle of cheese. Plus the employees purposely messed up my order bc they they assumed I was being rude bc I had to repeat myself due to wearing my mask. The girl in behind after me and I chatted in the parking lot. Exchanged numbers and she sent screenshots of the conversation she had with the manager about her pizza. It sucks better off going to pizza hut at least you can eat the pizza there.

My trip at lil ceasers was the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had… never have I been treated so unequal in my life …the employee RENEE older mid 40s blonde lady refused to take my daughter’s order because she claims they were too short of stuff and she was closing store and there wasn’t anymore pizzas…she I go in to see what the problem be is since I see everyone walking out with their orders…she tells me in the most hateful manner that she wasn’t making no more pizza she only be takin call-ins so I tell her she is obligated to fix my pizza because I was the customer…she said she is closing the store and walks out and smokes a cigarette so I go to my car I tell her that I will complain about their service towards us today and she insists with her name RENEEti call and I told her I will. So I sit and watch her tell others about the situation and as I left she flips me off while she is still outside smoking a cigarette…it took everything in me not to be out in if character in front of my children but she will have her days and and I know it’s handled…I will not invest anymore of time to lil ceasers till that woman Is toon care of I’ve never been treated that bad and rude in my life especially with my children…and I’ve worked many fast food delis and customer service never did we close early for being short staffed.(Hamilton Al 35570 Lil Ceasers)
