They have no employees to meet their sales volume. It is a KFC/Taco Bell combo. They gladly accepted my order & money for two beef burritos w/o mentioning that they had many orders in front of me. I worked for five years at Taco Bell and can still (after 40 years) make a burrito in less than a minute. But with one person, believe me, whoever the franchisee is would be there doing everything for both business all alone. Bet they couldn’t do it either. They have my burritos, money and my sympathy. Quality of service is really important. Too bad…too sad w/o some help soon I predict they won’t be in this location next year.

Need a better way to manage how many cars move through the drive through. To have every car pull up and park causes a cluster of cars just parked everywhere. Maybe need to have designated parking spots for drive thru traffic instead of just “pull around and we will be right out with your food”.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten from. Eating from here only makes you want the good Taco Bell. Orders are always messed up with the wrong items and missing items. And the quality is atrocious. This is a chalupa they put in the bag (that I didn’t order). It was disgusting. Everything I order from here is disgusting. The management and crew needs to be completely changed out and corporate should take over.

The atmosphere, well, it’s a taco bell. Clean but just wat you expect. The service was, well, it’s a taco bell. Adequate. However, my soft tacos were mainly tortilla and condiments. If they had a spoonful of “meat” on them, it would surprise me. I probably won’t return, unless everything else is closed.

Customer service was horrible! The cashier had an attitude and the young lady that brought the food to my car had an attitude. When she brought the food to I asked for some hot sauce for our tacos. She turned and walked back inside to get the sauce with an attitude and extra emphasis on the turn. When she came back she damn near threw the sauce into my hands. There were no napkins in the bag when she brought it. We were never asked if we wanted any sauce which should be a routine questions given the fact that y’all sell tacos. The food was good though. Great flavor in the meat and it was hot.
