Stopped at this BK early morning a few days ago & purchased the french toast sticks breakfast combo. Didn’t open the bag until after I left & when I did, I was highly dissapointed. The potato rounds were fine but the french toast sticks were obviously overcooked/burnt & hard. Great service! A worker named melva took my order and was super kind. I assumed she was tired but she ended up being really kind and understanding when I couldn’t figure out what to order! Get my title
This place needs to be completely re-staffed starting with the managers. The food is always cold and they never listen when I ask them to make it fresh. How hard can it be to make fresh food? No one wants a cold burger. The Hispanic manager is absolutely horrible. She always agrees that she heard me but does the complete opposite of what I ask. Oh my Gosh please get some workers here that can run this establishment correctly. The African American manager is the only one that does her job correctly and she gets my orders correct every time.

This place is built for one reason. To feed plant workers. Ordering is an issue as there are no people hearding bars. Chaos and confusion is normal for the lunch rush. Staff looks like they are always on the back foot and in need of an extra body. The food seems to suffer as well due to this. The dinning room is somewhat clean. Aside from the drink station which was trashed due to issues.

I ordered two of The impossible burgers and I had asked the drive-thru teller to put heavy vegetables lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions but upon receiving my food after returning home there is just pickles and onions. And when I had called the store the same lady who took my order says the only make the sandwiches with pickles and onions I have been to other Burger King restaurants and they have always told me that it is made with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles so why does this door only do half the job and not say anything to the customers about it.

I was pleased with my Meal, the inside was clean, employees very nice… Busy location on the corner next to a McDonald’s.. I enjoyed the Texas Whopper meal, I’d recommend add some BBQ sauce but that’s just my preference…
