This location just gets worst every time we go! This is a Mexican pizza, everything literally just thrown on one side, no sauce and they couldn’t even bother cutting it! Burrito supreme looks like a bean burrito no sour cream! Tried calling the store 10:30 6/7/23 and the phone rings as busy!

This store is terrible. No meat in items when extra was ordered. In fact the amount of meat in each item was pitiful. Maybe a teaspoon of taco meat with the rest being lettuce, cheese and sour cream. This store is a rip off, don’t eat there.

Some items were not available and yet allow us to prefer it and pay. Once went to delivery, they informed us, yet stated they couldn’t refund. They switched items as well (soft Taco with hard taco). Not recommended unfortunately. This explains why it was empty.

The young lady working the drive through was very sweet however, after being told they didn’t have the food to make part of my order, I ordered something else and then was asked to pull around the side of the building. 15 minutes later, after forgetting I was out there (I was asked if I’d gotten my food yet), they brought my food out, I checked it and it was definitely not my order. I took my receipt in and the manager apologized and had the cooks work on fixing it. They started complaining about how they made it right and someone else must have messed up. 10 to 15 minutes later I got my food again and went home. It still wasn’t completely right but I was over waiting. Until someone steps up and trains these employees better, we won’t be coming back.

This taco bell is absolutely ridiculous. The quality of customer service and food is absurd, today. There is no pride at this location. The manager needs to be demoted for making my food the way he did. Taco bells name has already gone down and managers like this are the reason.

Worst mexican pizza ever. Was a huge saucy mess and they didn’t even cut it. Potatoes and cheese had no nacho cheese but rubbery shredded cheese on top of hard as rock burnt potatoes. Horrible..and this was after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line..
