What a terrible experience. The food was cold. Not warm. Cold. The chips were stale. Like they had sat there since the day before. There were no forks to use. I asked for one and the girl said I have to use a spoon. There were NO napkins. None. None of the tables were clean to eat on. There was trash on the floor everywhere. It seems like there was more than enough people there standing around that the place good be much cleaner. I was very disappointed with my visit.

First time at this location. Stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday. Place was pretty empty and was able to get right up to the counter. Big dude working the front end wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t say much. Lady working the backside and register was better. Pricing is fair. Food was ok. Brown rice was a little crunchy. Bad thing was the place was filthy. Trash and food on all tables and floors weren’t much better. Could only find 1 table I felt was decent enough to sit at for the meal. Trash cans outside were overflowing so didn’t want to sit outside and bake in the hot July sun. With 5-6 people working behind the counter, I am Shocked the manager didn’t have someone clean up the dining room. Not sure if we will go back.

I’ve been to this locate 3 times. My order is never correct. My last visit a few weeks ago, all I got was brown rice, sofritas and black beans…..none of the other toppings I ordered and paid for. The food is either like warm or cold. This location needs to be closed down permanently.

Food is good…could be great, if there was more experienced help. Lots of the food prep (veggies and other things – limes are only cut in half, not slices) are VERY inconsistently cut – sometimes large chunks. Not what you’d normally expect if you’ve had Chipotle elsewhere. Brand new location – so hopefully they will get things turned around. It takes twice as long as it should to get your food – not a great process in place.

This store is just awful. Always a dice roll if they’ll get your order *mostly* right, but never completely right. Tonight was just the worst of them all. Placed an order online before I left my home. Pull up and give them my name and they hadn’t started on it, only one customer in the store and no one in line. Guy tells me it will be a second, so I wait. Brings my bowl over and hands it to me, not in a bag – whatever I guess. Drive home and open it to realize that the bowl has the completely wrong portions and is missing several ingredients. I tried to call the store – no answer. I tried to resolve it through the chat on the app – offered a free drink for my $12 bowl and could not get a refund. Sitting on the phone trying to get customer service… Idk why I do this to myself by continuing to gamble on this location, but there aren’t many places to get a “healthier” fast food option. What a drag. Would not recommend, 0/10.

I eat at a lot of chipotle’s and we’ll this is a first for me. This place is terrible. I wish I would have read some of these reviews. The trash is over flowing so everyone is just leaving their trash on the tables. There is food all over the place from the floors to the tables. Terrible place to eat.

Tall woman working behind the counter did not care there were customers waiting as she walked around looking like she was lost. By the time I got to my food there was a line because she was so slow. Last time I was there she was on her phone for a good 10 minutes. She told another girl that was working that she was talking about her father. This is what customer service has turned into even with older adults. They just don’t care.

Worst Chipotle on gods green earth. You’d have better service and food going to a dump next to a sewage plant. Workers love cussing and throwing food at customers. My first experience the manager spit in a persons food before handing it to them just because they asked to add chips with the food. The manager proceeded to say “No”. ON TOP OF THAT, they wouldn’t let an 8.5 months pregnant woman use the restroom. Absurd. Good riddance.

Pretty much the worst experience ever at a Chipotle ever. Worst. Worst. Worst.If there is an adjective worse than worst, then insert it here. Too many reasons to name. I wouldn’t even know where to start. Do you find yourself thinking “man, I would love some Chipotle right now” and this one is your only option? No. No you’re not. You are not craving Chipotle that bad, I promise. A half heated 3 day old hot dog at the gas station next door would be a more acceptable culinary experience. Management, please do better. Do better or burn it down and start over.

For the second time I get poisoned food here! They are the worst, and their food don’t be fresh. You always feel disgusted eating it. I have been to the store and they barely change their gloves so I had to ask them to change it because it wasn’t clean. And the area was dirty.
