Two friends and I visited Toro recently. It was my second time. The first time I ordered the Santa Fe salad, and it was excellent. This time I ordered the Toro salad and added grilled chicken. Outstanding! The waiter was friendly, personable, and attentive. The food was brought out in a timely manner. My only complaint was the temperature. It was like stepping into a deep freezer, goosebumps on top of goosebumps and chattering teeth cold One friend went to her car and got a jacket for me. When I mentioned it, the waiter agitated the thermostat, and by the time we left, I had begun to thaw. All that to say, be prepared for amazing food, and don’t forget to take a jacket.

Jowls was our server and we took ALL his recommendations. he did not steer us wrong. he truly made our night exciting and tasteful! will be back and will be asking for him as our server again!

Come here for a cool vibe, great cocktails and a lovely menu. Majority of patrons were from the adjacent hotels. Menu is all things that look yummy. My particular dinner was too salty but overall people enjoyed their meals. Portion size was average to a bit large do people were satisfied. Bartending was a step above typical fare. I would not recommend for kids. Had a lovely covered porch area. There were a lot of seafood/fish options. There is onsite parking.

First time there, for Mother’s Day. LOVE this place! I will be back very soon. The garlic shrimp was amazing, as was the street corn fritters. The drinks were perfect.

Another fantastic eatery for Bowling Green. This Gastro pub has a varied menu that will please many palates. Premium food ingredients make delicious meals I plan to enjoy many times. The BEST PART is that Toro has an extensive gluten free menu as well. It’s about time more restaurants cater to those who have eating sensitivities. Thank you Toro.

This is a great restaurant. We’ve been multiple times and the only thing that I don’t like about it is that it takes my family and I 30 minutes to figure out what we want everytime we eat here. All the food is so good. They have alot of different dishes that you can’t get anywhere else in BG. Their mixed drinks are always tasty and reasonably priced. We have never eaten here without getting dessert. Service has always been top notch. The espresso drinks are also a huge plus for my husband and I.
