The syrup ran out on one drink and it wasn’t much of a priority when I brought it to their attention. The noodles always seem to be dried out when I order them. The rest of the options tend to be good. I might suggest the wantons be more made to order seeing the set I received seemed a bit soggy.

Absolutely disgusting. Went right at opening time expecting fresh food. The lo mein was hard & dry , I’m assuming from the day before. The chicken was slimy and the texture was just ick. My husband got beef and broccoli, he got maybe 3 pieces of meat and a few very uncooked broccoli. I will never step foot in this place again, next time I’ll go back to egg roll king. Save your time & money go to egg roll king or anywhere else where they know how to cook. Needless to say I left just as starving as I was walking in because the food was inedible.

I eat here maybe once in a blue moon. Every time I always hope for something better but it is always the same. Food here is generally ok. Nothing really too special. Fried rice doesn’t taste like typical fried rice. Most of the time the sauces seem to be too thick to my liking. Not an issue if I order something like the teriyaki chicken. I do like the fact that they cook fresh vegetables. Restaurant is always clean and staff is ok as far as customer service.

Is it just me or is they really dislike my atmosphere when I show up? Because she fixed the men plates for 2 days left overs. I don’t expect a huge plate but come on you make me feel some type of way.

I’ve eaten here off and on since September of 2019. Most of the time it’s been good. But yesterday was downright awful. I got the bottom of the barrel Teriyaki chicken. It had burnt pieces of food in it too. That flat black and crunchy bit when it’s burned to the pan. The fried rice was also bad. There were so many crunchy chunks of it, even after stirring. Staff all looks the same too. They used to give me a 10% discount for working inside the Walmart. They stopped doing that. The Dr Pepper was also flat. Even the lemonade from the machine didn’t taste right. I also used the restroom while here and the toilet was filled with huge globs of tp, like no one had checked the restroom in awhile. It wasn’t very busy when I went either. I’m not sure what happened to this location in the past year, but the hospitality and the quality of food has definitely gone out the window. I really love Panda Express, so it makes me sad that this was the experience I had at the location I frequent the most. I won’t be back for awhile after this experience.

WARNING! This place is horrible and very unorganized. The people behind the counter messed up the order twice and then tried to have me pay for a bunch of different orders that wasn’t mine (2 other families) and then forgot to make my food. Not going back to this place.

I ordered half chow mein and half rice with sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef. I get home and notice that the Beijing beef is hard as a rock. So I try to call them and no answer. This is not the first time the food has been messed up or bad at this location. I will not be going back to this location. Edit I tried eating the rest of the food. The rice is still hard and noodles have a bad taste. The sweet fire chicken seems to be okay at least.

Their greens looked like they had been there all day and looled like literal garbage. At least they made more when I asked. I asked for the beyond orange chicken and they acknowledged it. Then they made regular orange chicken instead and acted like they didn’t know. There was no apology. I had stuff to take car of over here so I went to this location. I should have just gone to the one on Wells road instead because at least there they work harder and provide exceptional food.
