We went DT as the lobby was closed probably due to short staff. The lady who took the order was very nice and friendly . One car ahead of us took over 10 minutes to get what he wants and found out he was mad for not able to get a discount order his wife placed earlier and insisted to get it from the poor staff . He even came around behind me while we were waiting for our order in the assigned park and yelling and slamming the DT window. I felt bad to the poor staff. She was apologetic when she came to bring our order and expressed how sad it is to be so upset about something she have no control over and apologize again that we have to wait longer than usual as she tried to appease this old man. Let me tell you about this Burger King..I stop by there 2 times a week on my way home from work..I ALWAYS order the same thing..I never pay the same amount because something has been drastically wrong 3 of the last 4 visits. I’m posting some pics of my food last night..read what I ordered and you be the judge of this.. is the burger you want to pay for? I order 2 Bacon double cheeseburgers, double cheese, double bacon and x-tra mayo only! Look at the pics..no extra cheese, no bacon at all and light on the mayo! Thank God this BK has competition close by..Hello McDonald’s, Hello Arby’s etc. Don’t try to call them either..they obviously don’t like to answer the phone..see the screenshots attached. My opinion…Worst Burger King ever!

Waited at the drive thru for about 8 min at 9:30 am and no response. I continually have issues with this location in the am. I left, probably won’t be back.

I went in for lunch and ordered a Whopper with cheese meal, cut in half, no onion, with a medium combo. I received a Whopper with no cheese, with onion, and a large combo. After trying to complete the survey I realized that the ticket that was given to me was not the actual receipt that contains the information needed to complete the survey. Its definitely my last time going to this burger king. The lady at the drive-thru was the only thing that was positive out of this experience. I wish I knew her name but again they did not give me the proper receipt and I wind up paying more money for something that I did not order even though I had a coupon. And they were out of honey mustard, which I use instead of ketchup. #NotReturning
