UPDATE 2023: found out they will no longer carry my favourites here anymore…so sad! Quality has gone down, and my absolute favorite item – Baba Ganoush – will no longer be an option. Another amazing restaurant falls victum to the COVID trend and downfalls to compete to stay alive. I will update once the menu changes to see how far the quality drops soon.

Went in for the first time this afternoon. Waited over 30 mins and no food. Floor was dirty, tables not cleaned, napkin holder hadn’t been cleaned since they opened. 3 guys working, no clue about anything other than cooking, so slow, I sat and watched while waiting on my order, one guy picked the fries on the platter to ensure the platter was appealing to him. I asked for a refund, not one of them could issue a refund. They gave me a phone number to call the manager. I have never received such poor customer service. The number they gave me was incorrect. Finally got the right number, contacted the manager, refund issued via text. She apologized, I expressed my feelings. Needless to say, never will I ever go there again. NEVER!!!!

2nd time ordering and I’m upset. 1st was with doordash and while the Chicken Sharma was very big & good, I was missing the extra Tatzki sauce I paid for and the Greek gyro fries made me throw up.

Had beef gyro. Meat was seasoned well. I liked the construction of the gyro, by putting toppings and sauce on the bottom made it easier to eat. Fries were cold. Paid 95 cent extra for a special hot sauce that was tasty but only apparent in the first bite. Food service is in the details…

Very nice establishment. The cashier was knowledgeable with explaining menus items on my first experience. She was also friendly with a big pleasant smile and attitude to make it even more delightful. Will the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The Big Greek with Greek fries and the Shrimp Pita with rice. Delicious! I give 5 stars and I will be definitely be returning. Thanks Guys!

This guy is the reason most of your customers won’t come back . He is unprofessional, not experienced in cooking and seems like he really doesn’t want to be there and it is reflected in the poor preparation and finished dishes prepared improperly. Il never go back .
