Whether you’re trying to make healthier choices, need a little pick me up or just looking for a friendly face, you can’t beat walking into Central Ave for a tea and/or shake. There’s something for everyone & you will not be disappointed! 5/5 ⭐️ recommend this place! It’s even better now that Christa put Chocolate Chip Banana bread on the menu! Also love the fact, she can set you up at home to make everything as well! My daughter has greatly appreciated being able to help me make better choices at home!

Love going here for their vitamin filled energy teas! The shakes are also great when I know I won’t be able to sit down and eat a meal. Great staff and also serve kid drinks as well.
