I try not to complain, but the associate made me uncomfortable at 5:55 am. I was getting my wallet to pay and he took all of the tip change insinuating I wanted it. Not only am I always drinking Dunkin’ but why would I want to steal too money, he caught himself and tried to be nice after.

Unfortunately this is the nearest coffee spot in my area. The staff is not rude but the coffee and bakery is not good. The guy who was there months ago in the evenings was amazing. Now they have young kids who don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t check online orders unless you’re already there asking, so there’s no point in ordering online. I always order the same coffee here and it always tastes different. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve asked them to remake it. One time I ordered a signature latte, it had everything except the obvious (coffee!), caramel craze, whipped cream, milk, THATS IT. That being said ive never had issues with asking for a replacement or to remake the drink. They never have forks or spoons. Minimum I wish they’d sanitize and cleaned the doors and not allow vagrants to just sit inside and by the door

This dunkin is rather small inside. The workers were very pleasant and even gave me options I didn’t even know I could have. The only negative is there’s always people hanging around outside at times can make it unpleasant.

The best time to go is when they open up. The Donuts are always Fresh. The owner is Out going. He knows mostly all the customer that come in. If you hungry, you right next to Popeye. When they make a mistake the manager always fix it w.o a problem. The price for the Refresher are expensive AND the Avocado Toast as well.

I was here last Thursday around 5, and had an iced coffee. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the BEST iced coffee I’ve ever had from anywhere, Dunkin or otherwise. The person behind the counter was also super nice and friendly. Go to THIS Dunkin if you’re in the area.

This DD should change its slogan to DD have it your way! Most time when you visit an establishment around 2 or 3 am , the staff is not into customer service. They want you to get your stuff and go. Not so at this DD. The man who works this shift, is so nice. First of all the place is super clean. He is extremely friendly and gets to know all his customers and their orders. He can handle a large crowd and still greet everyone who walks in the door. I go to alot of DD and this is best! He keeps the coffee hot and fresh. I wish he could work at every DD I go to!
