Pulled up to the drive through to order some food. We asked for the butterfly shrimp and the lady informed us they had no shrimp. Ok Kool. I tried to order some tenders but the lady never responded. I kept talking in the speaker and she never replied back to us. After 10 mins we left and went to Wendy’s. The ppl working at this place on 7-30-23 needs to do better. Wendy’s was awesome!

Popeyes really not what it used to be. I can’t think of the last time I went and it really good. Or hot and fresh. It always just taste like leftovers. Oh well. It is what it is. The people that could actually make the decisions to make it better either are incapable of making it better or just don’t care too. What used to be a joy in fast food is now just meh

Took forever to get our food, asked for butter because I couldn’t choke down my biscuits and they said we don’t have it! Then Mac and cheese was so thick you could turn it upside down and it wouldn’t come out. Went to the restroom they didn’t have toilet paper or paper towels and there hand blower didn’t work. So how do the people wash there hands.

Maintenance made me keep a watchful eye while going through the drive through. Was asked to wait prior to ordering. They did not mute so all comments good and bad came through about their day. Listened for about 5 minutes to order. Waited outside for 15 minutes. Came in, the employee working the main counter said she couldn’t help because I ordered through drive through. I was waiting for nuggets that were done, but nobody filled the boxes. The manager looked upset that it was busy. Employees seemed very disorganized and disgruntled. I would suggest another location or chain. The lemonade machine was out and no one seemed to care to fill it. The manager was told. She disappeared into the back and didn’t fill it. Counters were dirty. Disappointed.
