Came here to get dinner. Saw this lady out of uniform behind the counter with a bowl of chicken and soy sauce. She made a waffle for I’m guessing her child that was in a booth. It looked like she was waiting for the grill to clear so her dinner could be cooked. Is she at least an employee?? I have no idea. Also, the freezer door was left open from the time my food was started until my food was ready. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again. So sad. Used to be my favorite one.

Went in to place a to-go order around 11:40am and was told they weren’t taking to-go orders because they were too busy (maybe 8 customers were dining in). But before being told that, she hands a to-go order to a man who was sitting there. When I asked why he was able to order, she (with an attitude) says “He ordered a long time ago.” So I left, before snatching a knot in her and went to the Fairview Rd. location and ordered without incident.

Took a late lunch and landed here. Though there were several cars in the parking lot, I was the only patron when I entered (1:30 pm). Was greeted fairly quickly and sat at the low counter. Ordered the bacon Angus plate with pickles only, double hashbrowns extra crispy, and sweet tea. Got the tea fairly quickly, but the servers weren’t very attentive with refills.

Workers attitudes are Terrible I gave the cashier a tip on a to go order and not only did she not say thank you she act like she had an attitude. Mind you her service does not deserve a tip in the first place! Another time a cook refused to do a simple request and it was very hostile, not coming back here ever.

This morning, 23APR2023, I stopped by Waffle House at 220 am. The one by Food Depot off of Hwy 155 and next to Dollar General. There were two guys working there that were outside on break. They asked me to take my order outside the store. I thought that was weird so I asked why. They said that they were both on break and they were complaining about not having a break all day. Again, the store was totally empty and they looked like they had been ‘breaking’ for a while. I usually don’t write reviews unless I have excellent service but this disturbed me so much, I’m writing this in ‘real-time’. These guys clearly didn’t want to work! Waffle House, please remove these guys and start hiring people that are about ‘customer service’. It seems to be a lost art art these days. This Waffle House has a lot to be desired.

Today on 02/02/23 my family and I ordered late and I have to say that the night crew that was working tonight did a phenomenal job. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and took my order. The cook cooked our food within 10-15 minutes and had me out of there. Once I got home my mom said her bacon angus burger was so good that she thought it had to been one of the best burgers she’s had. My food was delicious as well. I appreciate them for providing a great service !

Since when does Waffle House close???? I passed at least 10 Waffle Houses on my way and wanted to get this one because its closest to where i was going and food would still be hot when I arrived so I specifically came to this location only to walk inside and ve told by the girl working that they’re closed. Thought the whole point of Waffle House was 24hrs? She said they’re closing because she was leaving. I asked if anyone else was coming in and got hit with the blank stare. Then she said they’re closed again. I walk, she leaves and then the big dude locks the door and pulls down the shades… im confused because he is still here just sitting at a table doing nothing… i could have went to a bunch of other locations. This place deserves 0 stars. I definitely won’t ever return here.
