Must be under new owners or something… I always get sesame chicken and i love it, especially the sauce, but now its not the same, its hotter and not as sweet and the breading is different, the fried rice i got was dry and kinda hard, it used to be moist and held together. Im just bummed that the Best sesame chicken ive ever had is no longer available. Someone didn’t follow the old recipe?

Called ahead about my peanut and tree nut allergies. Was ASSURED that what I was going to order did not have nuts. When I got there, the guy at the front desk assured me yet again that there was no nuts. Once I ordered (and they took my money) they informed me that there was actually peanut butter in the sauce and no one actually checked. I chewed out the staff a little (very against my nature, I’m the type of person to tip 10$ on a 10$ bill) and it was treated like the same type of accident like giving someone the wrong order. DO NOT come here if you have allergies or intolerances.

Seriously the best rice noodles iv ever had!!! They made them just the way I like them,there not drenched in a weird sauce like the other places I’ve been definitely will be coming back to this place more this week!

As a Ball State Student, I just love coming to China Express! I’m a picky eater actually, but whenever I come here I’m always happy with what I get, and I’ve had tons of their dishes! My favorite part is that you can customize your dish however you want it. For example, I like to ask for extra garlic in my dishes because I love garlic! The people in China Express are always so kind and helpful! They’ll certainly help you if you are unsure what to get. I always get the combo dishes now though. Adding tax, you can get one for about $11, and you get your entree, rice, and a choice of a side. For my side I get the egg roll. Thank you China Express for the great meals!

They made my food exactly to how I wanted it! Plus for mixed vegetables, broccoli was included, & I love broccoli! They offer more food varieties. They are great people working at China Express.

I’m just reviewing the food. I ordered a vegetable fried rice. It was disgusting! I’ve never had such terrible tasting fried rice. It was like it was cooked in pot leaves and a small toss of soy sauce to brown the rice and a bit of vegetable tossed in. The only way I ate some of it was due to the sweet and sour sauce which is how this got a one star rating. I have to chuck the rest of the rice out since I bought a large fried rice and a small sweet and sour sauce. I normally LOVE fried rice from aanywhere. Definitely not buying this places rice again. Yuck!

I had ask for mild and it was very spicy, and ask for no rice. And they gave me a lot of rice. Ask for extra vegetables for my orange chicken, and was told it would cost extra that was not a problem. Well all in all I’m not happy. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO CHINA KITCHEN . Sorry but this is the 3rd time.

I know it’s not much to look at but I’m a super picky Chinese eater and this place hasn’t given me anything I don’t like. I’ve eaten there at least twice a semester since coming here and am going on my second time this month since moving off campus. The price is much better than going on campus. It’s a bit dark inside, and doesn’t look the nicest but I usually get delivery or to go so I don’t worry about that. I’ve only ever had nice service too, but usually I go in with a smile which I’m sure helps.
