Not impressed with my delivery tonight. Took 1 hour, 10 minutes to deliver after ordered and given a 35-45 minute wait time. Also noticed it was delivered DoorDash and not by Papa Johns employee. Pizza was not HOT and only lukewarm. Checked temperature and it was at 118. Will not order from this location for delivery but I might give them another shot for pick up only to see if they can redeem themselves.

This is a nasty store and this time I said something about it. The manager walked around stocking the store, touching items, moving boxs the entire time while I created my order online on my phone. When my order came into the system she started making my order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Immediately stated recording her to make my pizza without washing her hands nor putting on gloves. This is the 2nd time I’ve seen this at this location. I told her about my unpleasant visit, took the order but I did not eat it. I contacted corporate for a refund and filed a complaint. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

So I’m like low-key retarded and I ordered the “super pepperoni stuffed crust pizza” thinking it came with pepperoni on it also (the website has pepperoni on the pizza in the picture so I just assumed it was a specialty). I asked the girl who was working “hey does that come with a lot of pepperoni?” And her not knowing what I was asking replied “a good amount”. Well I got my pizza without adding what I thought would be additional pepperoni, only realizing when I got home the mistake I had made. I call up there and the girl is so nice and made me another one for free which was super sweet to do.

Ordered lunch on Saturday afternoon. About 25 minutes after the tracker said “On it’s Way” I called the store and told them the situation. They were using door dash because they didn’t have an available driver. Well, instead of making me call and fight with door dash or making me wait for her to call and fight with them, she said she’d just get it remade and now that she has a driver, they’ll get it right out.
