I don’t go to the Tacoma mall much but when I do, I usually go for Sbarros just because it’s something I know I’ll like. I was walking past the Stir Fry 88 Chinese Kitchen though and they were handing out samples. Curiosity got the best of me and it was the best thing ever! The orange chicken was sweet and moist! The burbon chicken was delicious and left me wanting more! They were super nice too and weren’t rude like most other places in the mall! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something new! I’ll definitely be going back!

My family goes here at least once a month, we have had various menu items and been pleased with them all, my girl loves the orange chicken, my son always get the mangolian chicken. I usually get the chicken mushroom, and spicy shrimp. Unlike other reviews we have always been given samples even after ordering. Large portions except upon our last visit. Always greeted with a smile and have even had the opportunity to become recognized as a regular customer. My son ordered pot stickers with his meal and was given the wrong item, after bringing it to their attention they told him to keep it and corrected the order also giving him 4 extra pot stickers for the error. We really enjoy this establishment and will continue to go monthly. Even ended my Ramadan fast this year at stir fry 88.

My mom and I stopped here for lunch while shopping in the outlet mall. Without a doubt the worst Chinese food I have ever had. We ordered orange chicken, egg rolls, broccoli and chicken, and lo mein. The food is greasy, flavorless, inedible, and leaves you feeling sick. We threw it out after a couple bites and had to eat elsewhere. We really like Panda Express, but this is nowhere near the quality and taste of Panda Express. Don’t waste your money here.

I regret not having read the reviews before choosing to eat here, this is without any doubt the worst Chinese food I’ve tried in my entire life. Now I definitely understand why they don’t give any free samples (as many similar restaurants do). “Special Rice” costs 1 extra dollar, I can not even imagine how awful the normal rice must be if the special one is absolutely horrible. Food has no taste at all, they are rude. They only “good” thing is that the Sodas are not that bad, they don’t have that much ice.

Cashier was very rude and had a horrible attitude. The food was mushy and when I asked about fresh food I was told there would be none. They have no problem fixing their own plates and food making sure that it’s fresh yet paying customers are given dry expired food. Food that sits under a heat lamp life a set time it’s allowed to sit before it needs to be changed! I will not be coming back here by far the worst place in Washington.

It was a busy shopping evening and I have quickly ordered for a combo which includes Orange and Spicy chicken along with brown rice and noodles. Taste wise it was good and yum,I liked it. Price wise it seems affordable. For a person who wants to have a quick lunch or dinner, I would suggest this would be a good choice.

This is a nice place to eat while visiting Tacoma Mall, with a good variety of tasty food. The price is exactly what is expected from a cheap Chinese eatery, while also having good portions. Great customer service as well!

Ordered Wonton noodle soup. Came with 4 Wontons which were okay. Also had four slices of carrots. All in all the soup was bland and so were the noodles. The biggest issues were they cleaning the glass around the cooking area and spraying Windex straight on the glass instead of the rag. The one star is for the young lady behind the counter and her smile. She was super friendly and nice.

Extra dollar for the special rice. Why? Color. Don’t bite. Food is less than mediocre. Cheese in Rangoon barely over milk consistency. This place would never survive outside the mall. If your at this location walk down a few counters for better food.blechhhh!

Mean staff. I asked for a sample of the bourbon chicken. They told me no samples. Why? Are they afraid what would happen if someone discovered they liked something. I ordered plain old orange chicken from the very rude girls. They actually teamed up on me while growling because I dare asked to try something first. The orange chicken was over cooked and the egg rolls had no flavor. I might as well been eating cardboard. GET YOUR BUSINESS FIGURED OUT. If your employees are this rude and don’t want to be there that badly then relieve them of the burden. And let people actually sample your menu. It’s not too much to ask.
