I rolled thru here last week with a large order. This location is in the Montebello mall food court. Kate was patient and awesome by making sure each order was correct. Extra napkins and ketchup were also provided. Excellent customer service. The food came out hot and pretty fast. Overall the food was good but I’ve had better chicken sandwiches at other chicken joints. This hit the spot tho

Location:Okay, Parking: Mall parking Service: Basic, Price for food received; a bit high. Overall: First time try and I have had Nashville hot chicken in Tennessee I was hoping for the same product. In Nashville, they serve chicken, not sandwiches, or breaded strips. Actual chicken legs, thighs, wings, and beasts. So when I do not see this on the menu I already feel cheated. Anyways I ordered the strips with the 2 hottest heat level along with some spicy fries and a drink. The fries I found to be plentiful and decent. The strips did live up to their name and did have allot of spice to raise the heat ceiling. Adding the stove heat made the meal hard to eat for a bit but I was able to get it down after the stove heat lowered. Now would I go back? Uhmmm not in a very long time….2.5 Stars

Serving could be bigger but then again it could just be the box lol. Let me tell you though, THESE FRIES!!!!! So good!!! I get either the hottest or the second to the hottest cause I have loose screws but honey! These are everything. They’re delicious, the have fries, white cheddar mac, the chicken, and two causes. I get this every time I hit the mall!

Never had heard of this place so I gave it a try. Got the Mac Daddy chicken sandwich with medium heat. Got the spicy fries and Mac and cheese as the sides. Everything was delicious. You could tell it was hot and fresh. So much food, I’ve already had 2 meals from it and still have some left. I hope they don’t open one closer to where I live because I won’t have the self control to not eat these way too often.

I order two chicken sandwiches and one order of fries. It took 20 minutes to get my order. When I finally get it, it was cold. There’s nothing tasty or delicious about this place. And the way that they served me my fries looked bad, because they just throw the fries on the tray.

I was waiting for this spot to open up, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious. The flavors where spot on, and the portions are huge. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich with the “hot” heat level. It was perfect. Not too hot, and not too mild. I was very satisfied. Will definitely be back. Oh, and the sweet tea is delicious
