My boyfriend and I are consistent customers and love when Brittany takes care of us. We had an incident tonight where we had some rowdy customers in front of us that were almost unbearable to be near. Super loud and was audibly giving Brittany a hard time. They had spilled something and was laughing about it and being rude. We felt really bad. Brittany nicely asked them to move to another table so they wouldn’t have to worry about the spillage, yet they still were loud and obnoxious. Towards the end of the conversation, she informed them her manager is aware of the situation. Handled the situation very well and wanted to publicly applaud her for handling that professionally. We encourage everyone to dine in with Brittany, absolutely amazing waitress.

Our server was a lovely girl named jada , she brought out our food with a smile on her face. I usually never see servers that put an effort with actually making a connection but she did. She made sure our food was how we liked it and went above and beyond.

I always love coming here with my friends and family. We were seated immediately and tended to quickly. Our waitress was Ava and she was nothing short of kind and lovely! Very attentive and listened well and she made sure we got our food as soon as possible. She even updated us on when our food was coming. Overall, a good experience!!

Everything went smooth. Our server Hannah wasted no time taking our order and getting our food out to us! She checked on us continuously throughout our meal to see if we needed anything, it was a bit busy but that didn’t effect our experience at all!

When I woke up this morning I didn’t expect to be so passionate about a dining experience to leave a review. I mean what loser actually leaves a review?? Pulled up in my brand new baby blue ford explorer, I had the most delightful server jada. She brought out my order faster than I could even say brand new baby blue ford explorer. And she did it with a smile on her face. So bright it spread into my brand new baby blue ford explorer and even into the car behind me.

As I do understand that people coming in when it close to closing time can be frustrating, I don’t think that should reflect on the businesses service. My friend and I walked into this Applebees at 10:45pm, they close at 12am. We walked in the door where the host was on her cellphone, looked up as we walked in and said “oh my god”, and seemed very annoyed that we just walked in. Our waitress did not introduce herself, asked if she can get us some drinks and then asked if we were ready to order. While we were waiting for our food, our waitress was servicing another table & they were on the complete opposite side of the restaurant and she said to them “I’m going to just talk to you from here, can I get you anything else” from across the isle. Our waitress never even came back to make sure our order came out okay, but kept walking by. All employees were rushing to leave instead of being attentive to there customers. If you want to rush people out of your establishment & not have good customer service, don’t offer a late night special of 1/2 price apps from 10pm-closing.
