It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They had more than enough staff. Half of the staff stood around taking. Took 10 minutes to order the food, then another 30 minutes to get the food. When asking for sauce for your onion rings, they charge you $0.43 for the first sauce. Then, if you need more, it’s another $0.43. The manager was very rude about the sauce. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. With the slow service, rude manager, and the food being Luke warm after 30min. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Burgers were crazy delicious! Our 1st time here and we stopped in for supper on our vacation. Service was great and the one employee that smiled the entire time. I wish I had gotten her name, however, I did comment to her personally about her wonderful smiling face!!

This had to be one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through. Literally sit in the drive-through for 50 minutes. They gave me Diet Coke twice. Tried to tell me I ordered Diet Coke when it was regular coke on the receipt. Upon checking the receipt Noticed they had rung up my wife’s burger wrong. When I told her the correct way to fix her burger, the lady told me I ordered it with onions only lol I would never order my wife anything with onions. The employees at this location are incompetent. I literally only had a single burger meal and a double burger meal and it took 50 minutes After I ordered.

I can’t rate them low enough. 30 minute wait sitting and not moving while the female manager walked around inside doing nothing. It was not because of a line of cars because the car in front of us sat for 30 mins going no where. We were stuck between concrete and could not move. Worst experience I have ever had. Manager did not care.

This place is reliable in the sense that the order is pretty much always accurate, but they move slow as molasses! Even if you order ahead, you still have to wait because they don’t start making the food until you arrive. Also, don’t forget to claim rewards and promos ahead of time in the app because they aren’t very helpful if you ask to have them adjust your app order.
