When you pay for an order of guacamole, you should GET a full order of guacamole … NOT 1/3 of an order!! All other Chipotle give well-rounded scoops … Here, they bang the scoop against the side of their container until there isn’t even a level scoop of Guacamole When I complained, they completely ignored me!! That will be the LAST TIME I go to this Chipotle!!!!!!

We have been eating at Chipotle for 6 years. This is the first time we had an absolute unacceptable experience. We asked for tomatoes instead of beans for the kids meal. It is not the fact that the manager did not want to help us but it was the way how we were treated: aggressive attitude and unfriendliness. Half of our party did not want to eat anymore. We felt very uncomfortable.

First time dining in this Chipotle restaurant. We ordered steak bowl it was tasting good but comparing to other Chipotle locations the portions were small. The employee’s were nice and friendly, the restaurant wasn’t that crowded. My only Note to them is they should care more about cleaning there were not much clean tables I cleaned our table by myself, cleaning should be the priority of restaurant specially nowadays with all these Viruses and bacteria’s.

Food was prepared horribly boritto fell apart fast. when I asked for sides They filled them halfway up. The food does not taste quite right. The tables and floor we’re dirty. The bathrooms look like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. I saw them being rude with their employees by saying he would hit him with a broomstick for sweeping something down the drain and saw someone, an employee, jump in front of someone to put ice in the machine instead of waiting for the customer. overall, Would never eat again if it wasn’t the closest Chipotle. Hope they make some changes

Extremely small portions for top price, out of beans. Staff was standing around counting tips in front of customers. Not one dining room table was clean. There were only 2 people eating when we came in. Had to ask staff that was standing and leaning if I could get broom so I could clean a place myself. The guy swept but did nothing for the table. Poor management. Well never spend another dollar here again. To bad Pollo Tropical dining room was closed. I got stuck with this place. Tons of fruit flies around the tea area.

It was by birthday and i didn’t have the scan code for the free item, even with my driver’s license i had to get the code. I’ve had a lot of issues with the app so i uninstalled it due to it charging me, then but submitting the order, then refunding me hours later with no explanation.. so i had to reinstall it and the workers were very impatient and one cashier rolled his eyes over it.. I’ve worked in the food service industry over 6 years and if a customer presented ID proving it was their birthday and it was for something as little as a $3 cup of guacamole any other food service management team would say just give it to them.. i proved it was my birthday and still hit treated like i was lying to save $3..

Love chiplote , this specific place , I don’t know what’s going on , I think server just start working we order a bowl with guacamole $2,49 extra, look at the pic that’s nothing, of guacamole same thing with cheese I don’t know if this is a newbManagment rules or so but definitely I’m feeling really bad about this. One of the employees ask me what’s wrong and I explain and he gave one extra guacamole, that was good , but we bought three of them.

Has to be hands down one of the stingiest chipotle’s ever been to in my life. They happily charge for my guac and queso but give me half the portion of everything I ask for. The person making it could see the disappointment in my face and proceeded to add ONE singular piece of steak to my bowl. I really wish I was making this up.
