Grubhubed order food was under seasoned and definitely needed salt the giant peppers in my home fries overpowered the potatoes, the grits, steak and eggs were soso not good and not bad either, best part of the mean was the turkey bacon! That’s a statement in itself.

Love this place from the environment to the non-overpriced, and the food is great if you eat in or have it delivered.

Friendly service, food is awesome as usual. Fast delivery, by far my favorite breakfast spot, since my father took me in the 80’S.the food is amazing and it will stay that way no matter who OWNS it. Same cook and staff are still they kept same menu and prices. Owners are knowledgeable in the business. I know them a while now, give them a chance I know you’ll be satisfied. BTW Chip beef is served every day not just weekend!! Im saying this because I been eating there food a few years, at a place they were before. give them a play you be glad you did ☕️

Brunics South Philly a nice little Breakfast and Lunch Oasis on 17th Street. I’m glad the locals know about it because I would have walked right by it. The building was kind of dark. They have a counter and tables but were doing a lot of delivery. Good standard cheesesteak, nice little place. According to the menu you can get a Cheesesteak at 6 a.m. and breakfast all day.

Brunic’s is a classic South Philly neighborhood joint that serves up exactly what you’d expect as far as food goes (hoagies, breakfast sandwiches, etc.), but the care and precision set them apart. When ordering my scrapple, egg, and cheese on a long roll, I got the usual “American? Scrambled?” questions but the waitress taking the order (a delightfully brusque South Philly woman) also asked if I wanted my scrapple crispy, soft, or in between. Same thing with my side of breakfast potatoes, a pillowy mound of waxy potatoes still sizzling when I opened the styrofoam clamshell back in my car.

The best and most reasonably priced breakfast spot in South Philly! Just to note: if you want seasonings like salt and pepper just ask for it, everything is made by how it’s ordered, perfectly!
