We ordered take out, and when we ate our food it was absolutely disgusting. There was no filling in the crab rangoon orders, they tasted very stale. I ordered the chicken teriyaki combo meal and i had a heaping amount of this stringy vegetable and barely any chicken. It tasted very bland. My friend she ordered the honey walnut chicken and there was more vegetables in there than the dry tasting chicken she was given. We had called very politely asking if there was someone who we could talk to that is a higher up (manager) about how awful the meals were. We were on hold for about 5 minutes and she says “weve never had complaints about our food” and hangs up the phone. We simply asked if we could get a refund, nothing. Dont eat here, this place is a mess and atrocious yuck!

Loong fung gai was outstanding in its appearance and flavor of fresness. The pot stickers were average and the egg roll was tough and tasteless but it seems to me that most are these days. I feel like they are mass produced somewhere and all the asian restaurants use the same distributor. That said I was impressed with the size of tye shrimp which is why I included a photo.

The food was decent and the portion was good sized. Lucky I didn’t go there for their customer service. I called ahead for takeout, it rang until an answering machine picked up, then a woman got on the phone and took my order. I was in the middle of asking “when will it be ready?” when she hung up on me. She was rude in person as well, she acted like I was putting her out because I ordered food there. I asked for sauce and she had an attitude about that too. What kind of take out place doesn’t put napkins in your bag?

Not the cleanest looking place for sure, but it’s in a really old building. The food, however, is pretty tasty. Prices and selection are pretty standard, see menu pics in my review. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Order is almost always dead on (except for when you ask to have the egg roll on the side instead of squished into the rice and they routinely forget). But as for “regular” Chinese (see my review of Imperial Dragon to contrast) this is my go-to place. Qt Shrimp Lo Mein, Qt. Pork Fried Rice, Qt Wanton Soup all for $17.25 with coupon available online!

Ordered from here tonight and got the Kung Pao chicken. 90% of it was celery. A couple pieces of chicken and a couple mushrooms, almost no peppers and onions either. $13 for some celery in sauce basically.

FIRST TIME, As we’re new to Ohio, and mentor… Very disappointed. After all, it’s Chinese food, so pretty easy to replicate… I love egg rolls, so I ordered two. Sadly, soft..but large. Ordered a quart of chicken fried rice…got a pint… Crab Rangoon was best of the order, except whoever packed the order threw the container of duck sauce into the bag, ended up sideways, and leaked ALL OVER EVERYTHING, which made it a huge sticky mess to eat, while doing laundry next door… .Blood sugar was tanking, no time to complain….felt guilty, but then I read the other’s reviews… They need to pay attention to the reviews, and either retrain, it replace, the elderly woman at the front… prolly won’t go back.
