I walked into the mall and stood by the counter. Only one person was on the line and he called back for someone to take my order. I waited for prolly 5 min or so before someone came and grabbed my order. I Ordered a bowl with white and brown rice, chicken, queso, cheese, sour cream, and corn. I took it home to eat while I watch a show started eating and about a quarter of the way through pulled a hair out of my mouth. I almost threw up. I didn’t mind the wait I work in food so I know things happen but hairnets should be a priority. I called the store but it was an automated call and I couldn’t get any help or put on the phone with a representative. Very disappointed with the service. I want a refund for my food as I barely ate any of it.

This location is okay…Not the best in terms of fresh ingredients or customer service though. Mainly filled with teenagers working, and they were half listening when I was trying to tell them what I wanted inside my salad. Was a little forgiving when I had to repeat myself more than once, but then was shocked they were putting the wrong ingredients in it after I stated what I wanted. Would have ordered the steak if it was fresh, but the freshest meat was the chicken…even then, my husband spat out a piece of it because it was too dry. Anyway, I still enjoyed my food, but won’t go to this location again.

Are there 1107 today. By the time I got home (1245 pm) I was sicker than a dog. Food poisoning for Easter weekend wasn’t what I was expecting. I’ll never be returning and if you know me, the amount of chipotle I ate, I should have owned stocks. Hope I never feel like this ever again.

Terrible. This chipotle should be ashamed of themselves. They not only upcharge specifically at this location but their quality is horrible. I’ve never had a worse chipotle burrito. And this is consistently an issue here. Save yourself the heartache and go ten minutes up the road to the chipotle by kohls.

Inflexible manager that prefers to throw away food than finding solutions- against chipotle values. Waited in line, ordered, and it was time to pay the cashier scan my chipotle app several times, then it seems a error came up that was not allowing them to use my gift card credit of $17. The total was about $40. I asked them to charge me for the difference and they said sorry but we cannot because there is an error. I ask what balance do you see? $17 then give a credit and charge me the balance. No, we cannot do that … you need to call customer service. I asked for the manager… I am the manager and cannot do anything. I asked as the manager you can give me the credit and take the chipotle gift card number and there you go problem solved. After a couple of minutes of the same . They preferred to throw away my order instead of coming up with a solution. It just does not make sense that a company will throw away the whole order instead of finding a resolution. The order is made, I have the credit on the gift card, but the manager continued with I cannot do anything, and prefer to throw away the food. In addition, they marked my reward for guacamole and chips as used even after the order was canceled. Disappointed with Chipotle costumer service from this location. They said that chipotle works for the planet in their values … throwing away food does not reflect their values.

My son and I were the only people in line waiting to be served with about 6 workers behind the counter chatting. We were told to wait. Not sure what we were waiting on, maybe them to finish their conversation. We were never helped or even acknowledged again. We left and ate elsewhere. Do not waste your time like we did.
