Great place for kids. Small arcade. Buffet is really good when it’s full. But it’s slim most of the time. Salad bar is pretty fresh. The small pasta selection is also decent. Dessert pizza is a hit and miss. Sometimes they have it, sometimes they don’t.

I gave the cashier a coupon for a free adult buffet w/ the purchase of an adult buffet & 2 large drinks. She rang up both adult buffets and drinks, then a kids buffet coupon. I explained that it was not right and her response was “That is how we do it”. Wrong! Instead of asking a manager and making it right I was ignored. Avoid this place if you value customer service and your money.

The pizza doesn’t taste as good and the dessert that I use to always think they could never mess up, well they proved me wrong on that. The dough was hard to bite into. I gave 3 stars because the customer service was wonderful. The dining area wasn’t clean though. But I didn’t say anything because I know sometimes they can’t get to it , because people are always coming and going so I understand that.

Busy, but they where fast at keeping the buffet full. Clean dinning and friendly dinning staff. She asked for our empty plates to get them out of the way instead of them piling up on our table. My daughter absolutely loves the Alfredo pizza!!!

It’s exactly what you expect from a fast food pizza chain. Same as all the others. It’s kept clean, buffet was kept stocked and plenty of staff so there were no shortages on things or any substantial waiting times.

They weren’t even busy but yet the buffet was empty. We had about 25 people with us since it was my daughters birthday. So I requested a custom pizza and when it was ready over 30 minutes later she handed me 4 slices and when I asked why she said well someone else requested a pizza so we made half and half. So I told her that I asked for the whole thing since we had a lot in our party and she just had a nasty attitude about it. This place is terrible and hasn’t been the same in years.

I ordered through their website and they gave it to a third party, the food was cold, wrong and missing items. I called and the GM was no help, just kept repeating the same thing smiling on the other side, not even being empathetic. Honestly wish they would go out of business so something better can take it’s place. This restaurant is a disappointment and the service is horrid.
