Really wanted enchiladas. So, I came here and got my enchilada with rice, beans and a taco. Food is bland…. I would not come here for delicious Mexican food. I’d come here if it was the closest Mexican food. Salsa was really good. The staff was great.

The best chipotle sauce I’ve ever had – great place, great service and was an oasis of power during the ice storm

I’ve been here before last year and the service wasn’t as good as this time. They have a new manager I think his name is Gabriel, he is prompt and very knowledgeable about he plates and drinks. We will be coming here more often, the food it’s always been good but they needed that new service manager. Prices are affordable too.

This place has delicious food, comes out fast, good margaritas and fair prices. I’ve eaten at many a Mexican restaurants and some I return to, others I don’t. This one keeps me coming back. Is it the absolute best food I’ve ever had? No. But it’s high on my list, nearby, easy parking, I recommend it.

Upon entry no seat yourself sign, but obviously that’s the case. Queso seemed to be watered down, it was overly drippy. I ordered chicken, spinach and tomato quesadillas. They were meh, oh well my search for a close by spot continues. I’m likely to ever return.

Let’s just talk about the salsa. Always freshly made. Sometimes it’s hotter than others, but that’s just the nature of a handmade product. It’s really our favorite salsa in town. The wait staff is friendly though occasionally stressed. I think they have had challenges keeping a full kitchen staff. But it’s the classic dive Mexican place your dad took you to for a breakfast taco and coffee growing up, so it works for me.

Visited for national taco Tuesday. No specials for that, but I got the daily special of an enchilada and a taco. Very cost effective. Got fresh chips, salsa, ice tea and the food for like 11 dollars. Added a beer and I had a nice lunch. Would recommend if you want a cheap but decent lunch!

Great no-nonsense, affordable Tex-Mex in a city with a skyrocketing cost of living and too many fussy restaurants.

This place is our go-to for breakfast tacos or lunch if we’re in the mood for yummy Mexican food at reasonable prices. My favorite is ordering breakfast tacos a la carte as well as the Caldo de Res! Hubs loves the tamale plate. Salsa always fresh and delicious!
