Food at this Arby’s is always good and as expected. I usually stick w/the classic beef & cheddar or Reubens. If you ask for “light” on anything (like dressing on Reuben) get it “on the side” cause they’ll put too much on otherwise Also, I asked for a “bunch of sauce packets” and only got 2 Arby’s Sauce for 4 Beef ‘n Chedders!! If they were running low they could’ve at least said that So if you’re not picky and don’t have any special requests you’ll do fine but if not then you may have an issue. Of note: The fountain Coca-Cola is especially good and not watered down as is usually the case with fast food establishments.

The few times I have gone here has been terrible. Both were through the drive thru. I had a long wait the first time, close to 30 minutes and the food was not good. The second time I was the only person in line and still had a long wait. When I received my food nothing was fresh. I asked for fresh fries and the gentleman got upset and said it would be an additional 3-5 minute wait. Cars were coming behind me and I pulled up to wait. The fries were not fresh but still not good. They needed to change the oil. This location needs soo much attention and new management.

The lady who took my order was very sweet and accurate and the lady at the window was very sweet as well (not sure if it was the same lady). The food tastes great but I only have one complaint . I ordered a large beef n cheddar meal with large fry and drink and the large fry was barely filled up . Like AT ALL . It looks like a small fry in a large container. I thought ok maybe the rest is at the bottom of the bag . Not one fry in the bottom . So they jipped me on my large fry. If I got the amount of fries I paid for I wouldve given 5 stars .

The Bourbon Chicken slider… (smallest slider I’ve ever seen) was hard but tolerated. Crinkle Fries were good and vanilla milk shake was really good! Didn’t care for the baby sandwich. I’ll visit again but not for the food. Only the milk shake.

Food here is so so. Had the fried fish with a large curly fries and jamocha shake, my husband had the classic Reuben with large drink and curly fries. The tables are very sticky, but when another couple arrived, I found it sad that the wife had to ask the front line twice to come wipe the tables. Found hardly no tartar sauce on my sandwich which I had to get. My sandwich was not as hot as I would like it. The only thing I likes the most was the shake.

Ate inside. Dirty, Filthy, had to wipe table ourselves. Food was cold, Fish Sandwich tasted like old grease. The Fish on the Sandwich looked days old. NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU SEE ON COMMERCIALS. Ordered Curly Fries, received the Crinkle Fries. Fries tasted like old grease too. The Roast Beef cold too and had no taste. What a disappointment!! Thinking we would be getting our monies worth, and we like Arby’s, it was quite the opposite. We were more concerned getting sick from the food than anything else. Won’t be going here anymore.

We love this place. My wife ordered a cherry turnover but they were out. So we substituted a cookie. They only had cookies with peanut butter which my wife is allergic to. I came out smelling like a rose because the manager suggested a milkshake. I got the milkshake.

I went here 5 times and once came away with food , Unfortunately it wasn’t my order. 2 times I sat at the drive in a little after 9 , nobody acknowledged me , or tell me they where closed. So the last time , and I mean last time , thinking that that still close at 9 , I get there at 8:20 only to be told now they close at 8:30. Ok all I want is a roast beef sandwich for my dog. It’s his birthday. Told they have no roast beef. Really. So I pick the specialty meats. Sorry we are out. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Glad to see you are so concerned you used a form letter to respond back to me. Guess this is why the Chick-fil-A up the street always has 10 — 20 cars in their drive thru. They care.
