I’m in Colorado Springs for work. I travel all over the country working for a concrete company. I stoped here last Sunday for wings and a beer. What an amazing place. The wings were the best I’ve had in a long time. The bartender Maddy was great, always seeing if I need anything and very friendly. I love this place, great food, great atmosphere!!!!!!

Came in for the happy hour. I guess happy hour princes don’t apply even though I came on a Wednesday. Prices said half off on appetizers but they charged me full price. Same with drink. Foods not great so won’t be back.

Poor service and restaurant management. We were served cold food after waiting 45 min for fries and cheese curds. It’s embarrassing that a restaurant is unable to prepare a simple hot meal for their customers. Please look at hiring a manager who can perform kitchen duties and expedite orders on time.

Whoever the lovely woman working today from 12 to 2 p.m. when my friend and I were there is AWESOME. She was so friendly with every interaction and came to check on us often. We joked and laughed and had a great time with her, so I’m definitely coming back for wings.

First off the service was phenomenal, really top notch. The food, while tasty, was a letdown. The chicken tenders were well cooked add crispy but lukewarm, a letdown for sure. The fries, once again tasty but were cooler than the chicken, maybe room temperature. They were billed as “shoestring” fries but were just your average run of the mill variety but cold. Maybe I caught them on a bad night but they weren’t very busy. I’d try this place again and probably speak up about my issues but I was in a hurry this visit.

I experienced very poor service and was not helped at all after being told “I’ll be right with you” as I watched group after group arrived after me and get served and tended to before me. I retrieved my own menu and made my presence known at the bar before finally getting service. I am a patient person however after nearly half an hour it began to seem deliberate. I don’t know that this is the overall culture of the establishment or rather just a few employees. And before you ask, no it was not particularly busy by any stretch.
