I order livers and gizzard and wings. I couldn’t eat them. They were terrible. You could tell the grease was old. The wings were terrible, over cooked. I call to let them know that I couldn’t eat that food. The lady I spoke to said said I could return it. When we returned it, she said didn’t give refunds. They gave us another order, and it was just as bad. The lady said they were going to close in a few weeks.

Best fried chicken on the planet. Not kidding. We go miles out of our way on road trips to stop here. Although it’s a drive-through, they are still frying your chicken the old fashioned way inside, so this is by no means “fast food”. Shout your order at the speaker, then chill. We no longer try to eat it as we drive. Just sit at the picnic tables or in the (parked) car. Heaven.

This deadass may be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’m from out of town and wanted to stop and give it a try. I waited 30 mins to order and about 20 mins to get to the window, when the lady asks me do I still want the wings it’s gonna be 20 minutes, as if they never started my order. I spent too much time to back out so I’m here waiting for them to come out.. SLOW SLOW SLOW.. ordering was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do as well… I seriously don’t see this place being open much longer. These wings better be good

It took forever for me to get a two peice snack in a drive thru with no other cars and the crust taste like old burnt grease couldn’t even eat it…and I say crust bc there wasn’t any chicken om it..the only part that was any good was atleasy she smiled somewhat or maybe it was a smirk bc they knew they was screwing me

I waited in a long line for over forty minutes today (04/15/21) to only get to the horn to order, and the lady working drive thru didn’t have enough sense to say hold on. I decided to turn my music on, so she would know I was there. I said excuse me several times. Then, I blowed my horn. Then. the lady finally said hello. I waited a few more minutes, and I then decided to leave. I told them that they can keep it, and they were slow. I don’t know about you, but my time and money are valuable. I don’t have time for people who doesn’t have good customer service skills or a sense of urgency. The customer behind me left too. If another chicken restaurant was in Dawson, Ga, you would have to step up your customer service.
