Wasn’t thrilled with customer service even during pandemic. The guy behind the curtain was not friendly or helpful at all. I gave them a chance anyway and was not disappointed. The food was amazing I must say. I will probably go again especially if I can order online and just pick up as to avoid poor employee attitude . I will probably give one more chance in case he was having a bad day. I just expect some kind of friendly interaction when I am spending my hard earned money. Thankfully, I totally enjoyed everything I ordered. It was put together nicely and I really liked the bag they put everything in. Can’t give a bad review because the food was excellent.

HORRIBLE! I do not like posting reviews however as bad as what this was and for the cost I had to share my experience. First time customer here. I tried to place a order with the staff. I was quickly shown all orders are to be done with kiosk. Ok, no problem…never saw a sign to place order here..but ok. Staff was not helpful and did not want to be bothered to answer any questions.

For this place to have such quality food and the cost, the location is odd. I love Ramen and this is my 1st time eating it authentically. I really like it. The only thing I didn’t like is that the menu says grilled chicken. The chicken for my Ramen was not grilled. It looked boiled to me though it had flavor. I didn’t eat the chicken or peas (I just don’t like peas).

Understand this is not an authentic ramen shop, so if that is the idea coming to Molly you will be disappointed immediately. But it is however a quick stop for some quick Asian eats with a quiet atmosphere and delicious drinks.Everytime I’ve come in I’m greeted with a hello, maybe not a smile everytime but not everyone smiles. My orders are always hot and made right. I’m in love with all the drinks offered and the sugar level options are great. I appreciate listening to the uplifting music playing on the speakers while I wait for my orders. If I eat in it’s always quiet and clean. I give 4 stars simply because I wish they opened earlier. Walk in with a quick eats mind set And you’ll never be disappointed.

The service here was phenomenal and very graciously gave my party a free appetizer while they prepared our ramen. The selection of toppings is quite vast and you can personalize your noodles. I do wish the eggs were marinated a bit instead of just being in the broth. But, the ramen was excellent. I would 100% recommend the chicken katsu, but I do wish it came with classic Tonkatsu sauce. The bubble tea was also very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place if you love Japanese cuisine!

I brought it for lunch but did not have time to eat. When dinner time I wanted to reheat it, but I found there is an alive fly with fly eggs in the case. I didn’t open the case after I got it.And the holes on the lid are too small to a fly get in.

A nice taste of Japan. My husband and I enjoyed delicious chicken katsu ramen with a miso broth. We were both pleased. I’ve been craving the taste of Japan that I’ve been missing and I’m so glad I was able to finally find it.
