Tried to get donuts in a bag, nitwit behind counter would not give me it. Said there wasn’t any bags. I wasn’t going to argue with the brain dead guy but if he looked behind him there was 6million bags tucked nicely where they were supposed to be. Retraining would be nice but I’m still stuck with this gaudy box that I can’t carry with other things. Can’t fix stupid!

Have gone to this location numerous times. Service is extremely slow, whether there is a line or not. Tall, blonde, middle aged woman with tattoos (sorry, don’t know her name, as they don’t wear name tags) is often working the morning shift. She has zero personality; doesn’t respond to greetings from customers and comes off as being miserable and unhappy in her job. She should not be in customer service. I said something to the manager today, who is a friendly, courteous and kind, but I doubt anything will be done. I think it’s time for me to go a little out of my way to one of the other D&D’s in town where I’ve found faster and more friendly service.

Convenient location on U.S. route 1 (new haven ave), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces and a handicapped entrance. Easy to notice in normal vehicular traffic.The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available as well as high seats.
