I recently stopped by a Jollibee near me, and I was impressed on how many options there were to eat! I got the 2 ChickenJoy Meal Deal which included 2 chicken wings, one side, fountain drink, pie, and a biscuit. Overall the food was great, but it took a while for the food to be prepared. I recommend to visit your local Jollibee if you have one around you.

Jollibee will always have a special place in my heart. The chicken brings me joy- crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Being that this is a newer location, service was slow and lacking. I get that the employee was a trainee and I was super patient even when my order had to be cancelled and re-entered. Thus the order of peach-mango pie was not added the second time around. I had to line up again for that. You don’t go to Jollibee and not get their peach-mango pie. Waiting for my order gave me time to snap pictures of the dining area and artwork/mural. When my order was finally ready, I just had to check and sure enough, my aloha burger and gravy were missing- they were left behind on the counter. They are located in a plaza with other restaurants, so parking can be an issue especially during high traffic times. They do have a drive through, so maybe that would be a good option too. When I arrived home, I noticed there were no napkins and tableware.

First time here and i would say their chicken seemed fresh and was tasty. It didn’t seem as oily as the competition. I was surprised to see that they had many options on types of foods to order. I will be coming back to try other things as my friend who ate with me loves to come here! He said that the prices are affordable to other places. However, I did see they were low on many sides but till next time. I’d recommend this place!

Angela at the Barranca location was amazing tonight! I have never seen an employee come out from behind the counter to make sure customers were happy! If this is a jollibee policy great idea! Angela saw something was off and checked on us. I ordered the spicy and was a big baby and couldn’t handle it. She took care of us immediately and was so kind. True asset to this business!!! Place was cold and we got stuck in the middle of a managers meeting which I thought was very unprofessional due to the corporate office is the tall building across the street. Customers where standing because there was no place to sit and close to dinner not a good idea… I would use the drive thru… Customers where leaving due to no where to sit… very sad!

Stopped because we wanted to try and see what the hype was about, but I was not impressed. I got the chicken sandwich and the chicken was stringy, probably over cooked and tasted almost fake. Fries were nothing special either. Did not enjoy. Maybe the fried chicken is different but honestly discouraged to even give it another chance. Plus waited in line for a very long time for our order to be taken. They also offer no kids meals so I had to pay 7 dollars for just 3 chicken strips with no drink or fries.

It was an unfortunate visit. We were so excited to try Jollibee for the first time. The cashier barely spoke she seemed so bothered. Took at least 20 minutes to get order and when I received it I noticed no mashed potato or biscuits l, So I went to ask about my missing items and she simply answered “we are out”. I think that could have came up when ordering especially knowing I had ordered an extra side of biscuits. The fried chicken was good besides everything else. But I will not be returning.

First customer – last time customer. First we ordered burgers, tenderer said it’ll take 10 minutes to make after we did our entire order. We cancelled that and asked for other items. We paid then they didn’t even offer our other items we had previously mentioned. Now we’re waiting in the parking lot for just a chicken sandwich & a 3 piece chicken tender. This is ridiculous. Right next to a corporate as well & this is probably one of their worst locations!
