The cleanest Whataburger in Texas!!! Service was pleasant and polite. Yea that stuff matters. Food was good. We travel for work, and this may seriously be the CLEANEST WHATABURGER IN TEXAS!! I will bring them a BLUE RIBBON NEXT time, because that’s some blue ribbon grandma clean!!

Waited in line for a long time. Order wasn’t right. Paid to make both meals large. They weren’t. Paid for an extra chicken strip. Didn’t have it. Paid for bacon on my burger. No bacon. The meat on my double burger was old. So damn disappointed. The only reason I came to this one is cause the one on Spencer was out of carbonated drinks.

Ordered a coffee, not sure what I got. Could see the two females using 2 cups to make my one cup. Really weird. Took one sip and tossed it in the trash. Tasted like makeup or gum or something. Never again. Employees seem unprofessional or nasty now.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. This is an ongoing issue with this particular store. It doesn’t matter if it’s dine in or drive thru the wait times for so called FAST food is ridiculous. I ordered my son and I whataburger meals and two shakes.

Pulled up to the drive thru and lines were already long. Then we got up to the first window to pay and the lady gave us attitude when we questioned our order being correct because it didn’t used to be $16 for 1 meal and an extra drink on the side. She then in a rude tone read it back to us and gave us our total again. The banana pudding shake I got wasn’t full to the top and was all liquid by the time I got it. I thought shakes were thicker than that. Overall the food was good, but the employee we dealt with at the 1st window needs an attitude adjustment.

Not organized. Girl standing at drive through taking orders saying it’s faster that way instead of using the intercom. Got to drive up window waited there then was told to drive up. Waited there for 20 minutes while cars behind me got food and left. When they brought food out it wasn’t mine. But the young lady was very apologetic saying she’s so sorry very kind of course I know that job is not easy so instead of getting upset I told her I understand with a smile told her it was ok. My fries where cool but food was still great. So I’m not giving a negative report also not giving a 5 star report but saying managers need to find a solution to the problems to run smoothly

The Whataburger in Deer Park on Center Street at 8th Street is awesome. The staff is always friendly. Tonight even though it is late Andrea was so pleasant and polite and taking my order and also scanned my app and was able to give me the free redeemable Whataburger meal. The service was ok took a little longer than normal but they were busy, the parking lot and inside was clean and swept up, the food tasted ok hamburger bread was a little hard but still edible. Still upset they took the a1 thick and hearty off the menu other than that goodplace to eat.

Ugh… 0/5 recommend drive thru and if you must do not go to the outside lane. Trapped. 15 minutes. I swear my order sat for 10 of those 15 minutes judging by the temp and the completely flat soda. Food was alright.
