The customer service is always great. However, a little over a year ago I had to quit going to Ziggi’s because everytime I ordered a sugar free drink, my blood sugar would spike really high… so I knew I wasn’t getting sugar free in my drink. Today, I decided to try Ziggi’s again, and the same thing happened. My blood sugar spiked. When asking for sugar free, it isn’t always trying to be difficult. Rather, it can be for health reasons such as diabetes. I know mistakes can happen or maybe you run out of sugar free but please just tell your customer before just giving them a drink that can make it difficult to manage blood sugars for a period of time afterwards.

Coffee is always great and customer service is always so friendly! Tried the new cafe on Carlisle to give the food another try. (I have a Ziggi’s by my house and didn’t like the food there). The burritos are just not that fresh and pretty mushy with not much meat. Tortilla was brown and crunchy from sitting in warmer and blueberry scone was soft (should be crisp) and dry with no flavor. Sorry to say I’ll have to stick to McDonald’s or Starbucks for a quick breakfast in the future.

Normally I LOVE this location but today I went through with my family and there was a long haired general man and a woman with pink hair, he sounded very rude even just taking the order and when the drink came out it was gross and I told them it tasted like burnt coffee with ice and he could literally care less and didn’t offer to remake it or anything. Won’t be going back, customer service is a joke now apparently

I’ve never been a fan of “flavored” coffees. I typically prefer mine black. However, I tried the Fireside and it was amazing. The staff here is always really nice and speedy. The menu is great and has lots of options (especially Dairy-Free). Highly recommended.

Ziggi’s will always be one of my favorite coffee places. The drinks are amazing, the drive thru is always quick, and the service is great! The people are always kind and upbeat, which is a really hard thing to maintain, so I have great respect for them. 5 stars isn’t enough for this place!
