Back when I was able to work we use the phone in orders to Jimmy John’s from the job site, and boom they were there just like that!!! You order it how you like it always freshly sliced, and not a lot of waiting around. They have great specials with chips and drinks to go along and even a little bit of desert if you wish. I would always highly recommend Jimmy John’s as it is one of my favorites, they definitely know what making subs is all about.

From a chain that claims to be “fast” It took over an hour for my delivery order to get here. I ordered ONE sandwich. It should not take that long for one sandwich to get to its destination, especially when the shop is right down the road from where it is being delivered. Literally less than 10 min away. When I tried to call the store to see what was going on all I kept getting was a busy signal. And then they didn’t even make the sandwich the right way.

This is the second time our food has been a hour late. This time has been a hour and half. The time is still running as I type. When we called and asked about our order, we were told “We only have one driver” and hung up up the phone. I work in the food industry and I get it. However, if you don’t have the staff either don’t accept deliveries or out source to door dash.

Had the cashier put lip gloss on as she was taking orders, watched a blonde cleaning who kept whipping her nose then go back to touching everything, young man came back from eating at one of the tables and went back to making food. When I asked for the manager he went “I put hand sanitizer on”…. I then still watched him rub his face and put gloves on….

Awful, literally never brings you your food on time and always triple dips your card when you order online then refuses to refund you because they “can’t see your order”. The drivers do not know where they’re going and the managers in store “can’t get ahold of them to track the order”. Save your money and time and go elsewhere!

Door was open, I went in. The girl behind the counter said are you here for pick up? I said no, I work across the street. She said well, unless it’s an online order or we’re not open, so Idk what to tell you, asked if I could order online and have it ready, she said earliest was and hour out due to no staff. I just wanted a quick #9 on wheat, but was declined and she never said sorry or offered compassion. All she had to say was I’m SORRY, unless it’s and online order, we don’t open for 15 minutes and can’t help you due to short staffing. AGAIN most important “I’m sorry” I won’t go back across the street to JJ instead, Wendy’s Arby’s, McDonald’s Lee’s crackle barrel are next to Jimmy John’s I will pursue for lunch. I’m sure James John would not approve.
