Two hours in the restaurant and I was so disappointed in the food. The stuffed mushrooms with a cheese sauce was delicious but the Prawn over gnocchi was not very good. Overcooked prawn and plain gnocchi with a watery tomato sauce really disappointed.

We were very pleasantly surprised by Arturi Joe’s. I figured it for just a pizza place with a dining room. Wow, wrong. The dinner we got was superb. The NY Strip was perfect in every way. Great pizzas, very nice pasta dishes.

We enjoyed the Arturo pizza. The chicken pizza was very good. Veal with mushroom brandy sauce was very good but enough for two. The fuitti de mare was full of shellfish and fresh whitefish, the chicken parm was huge and tastier than expected. The iced tea was off. The service was excellent

The only thing we ordered here was pizza and fries (takeout). We’ll say this: friendly staff and yummy fries (they have a coating on them) but save your money on the pizza. We had a hard time getting it down and contemplated throwing it out but we were desperate afte our ferry ride. The pizza was a doughy crust with little sauce that tasted like artificial basil or a sauce that came from a jar. The cheese was flavorful, we’ll give them that, but the crust and sauce left a bit to be desired. We’d try this place again because we did like the fries, but we never ever will order this pizza again.

There was only 4 tables and the waitress and kitchen were slow. Had to listen to the cook pound meat our entire time here. Staff took a table to keep their silverware as they didn’t have extras for their dessert- party tonight.

Pleasantly surprised. We’ve been coming to Narragansett for years now and it’s our first time at Arturo Joe’s. The food was tasty and priced accordingly, our waitress Olivia was great and took very good care of our party of four and the place is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
