The best BBQ! Staff are very friendly. Usually I really enjoy their food. This visit I was disappointed. I ordered a side of tater salad. It is really good but there wasnt hardly any in the bowl! $3.24 for this bowl of tater salad. I was disappointed in portion size.

First off I’m from out of town and have always wanted to try Texas BBQ. I’m from Kansas City Missouri and we take our BBQ very seriously and this little gem of of BBQ joint blew my mind! Was so good! Cooked perfect, looked amazing and tasted great! Honestly this place is better then anything I’ve tried in KC and thats saying a lot. I’ve been eating BBQ for 40 years and didn’t know I could have it this good until I tried the The Feed Hut! And the staff was super nice! Thanks for an amazing experience I’ll never forget!

The smoked ribeye on Saturday nights is amazing, brisket is bomb!the owners come out and visit with everyone and are just good people this place is the best bbq I’ve had we’ve made this a weekly stop! MUST try the desserts too!!

WOW! Excellent food, everything made fresh! BBQ was incredible. Brisket, sausage and ham is amazing on its own… add the bbq sauce and enjoy the POP!!! Had a chance to visit with the owners and there is a wonderful history in the building and family. Lovely people. Will definitely and to my favorites list!

Very good food. But I have to give 4 stars because it’s very hard to ever get an order here. I just recently moved here a few months ago and the hours have changed 2 times. Online it shows they are open several days a week until 6 pm. But when you call their answering machine says hours of 12-3 or something like that and now are only open 3 days a week. Please update your online info. It’s very misleading I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called and y’all were closed but online shows your open.

We recently celebrated my father’s birthday @ The Feed Hut. It was a wonderful experience with great food and a warm, attentive staff. The establishment’s owners willingly assisted with decisions and alterations to produce a great event. The menu was varied with various types of meat, sausage, veggie sides, and appetizers. All was tasty and gracefully prepared with a “home cooking” pride. The atmosphere and setting both fit and contradict the business name. Once a feed store and now a BBQ restaurant, the “feel” is country and inviting while also clean, cool, and well kept. Strongly recommend.

My boyfriend came upon this place while driving to buy hay and are we glad he did. The barbecue is like butter, perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sides, especially the cowboy beans, are amazing. We went back for steak tonight and it was the best steak we have ever had. The twice baked potatoes included. For dessert we ordered a sweet potato dumpling and a coconut fried pie. To die for!!!!! We will be coming back often. The owners treat you like they’ve known you for years. I very highly recommend this place.
