Just a terrible experience from start to finish. After being seated, we waited a good 10 min before a server came to get our drink order. This was a Tuesday just before 7pm. There were 3 other tables sat. We ordered drinks and waters. It was another 10 min before we finally received our drinks however no water. The “Cosmopolitan” was vodka and grenadine with a cherry….wrong! Sent that back and ordered a Titos and soda instead. That was very watered down. Still no waters. Also asked for bread, but did not get that either. 2 tables were sat next to us, AFTER us. They both received appetizers as well as their entree before we got our salads. Also had to ask for waters…again as well as napkins and utensils.. Between the salad and entree was a solid 20 minutes. I’m sure the spaghetti and lasagna were already prepared so not sure why it took 20 min to slap it onto a plate. But the nail in the coffin was on the bill….$14 for a Titos and soda???????? Not sure where they think they are but that is beyond ridiculous. We will never return. We never made it to the upstairs lounge which was our original plan. Not only not paying downtown prices in Cypress but you have to trudge up an outside metal staircase that is about 30 steps high. I didn’t come for a work out in 110 degree heat. What a disappointment

This is a place that I will continue to come back to! We love the food, the people and the entire atmosphere!! My husband and I like to sit at the bar because we enjoy having a conversation with the owner and the workers there! They are very good, genuine people! We just left tonight and we still had amazing service! The lounge came out to be great! We had a drink in the lounge before going downstairs for dinner. It was cozy, clean, we were welcomed from the staff and the music was great! It’s definitely a place I would recommend.

Best Italian food in Cypress! Service is amazing. The lounge is cozy and relaxing, the staff was very welcoming and immediately serviced us! I would definitely recommend. The last time my wife and I had dinner there was about two months ago or so… the first time we visited Villa Roma, my wife and I had a great conversation about the lounge that was in the making at the time and about recommendations about the beer I was choosing. Shockingly tonight, we went for dinner and the owner still remembered our conversation and the exact beers he gave me.

Maaaan, the atmosphere food and drinks were delicious! I had a very embarrassing experience there, but glad everything went OK. Sorry to the staff and owner for the incident as I will never ever let that happen again. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent place for a date night especially at sundown. The food was great, the Moscow Mule and the Red Sangria were so tasteful! The service was perfect. Our waiter Razz did an awesome job. The ambience is definitely a vibe! Will be coming back.

This experience was so amazing! Great food (of course), the service was attentive without being overbearing, and the subdued theme appropriate music was an excellent topper. Just add wine, and you’re batting 1000!

We went on a Tuesday night. We were on of a few tables seated that night so the place was virtually empty. The lighting was dim, a single red rose in a small vase was the centerpiece of each table, and the ambiance was peaceful.

This little restaurant is a hidden gem! Their food is delicious, we’ve tried several dishes and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is very nice, often with a little live music. The waitstaff is always friendly and prompt. Villa Roma is hands down our favorite Italian restaurant.

The website seemed to have an issue and indicated one of my items was no longer on the menu, but I was able to call it in without any issues. The pasta w/ meat sauce was delicious, as well as the chicken parmigiana. I surprisingly was most impressed by the garlic bread alla roma. The diced tomatoes with the juice to dip the bread in was different yet pleasant. I’ve come accustomed to having marinara sauce, so it was a nice change. All in all the food and staff were great. My toddler enjoyed it as well, so we’ll be picking up in the future and hopefully trying some desserts.

First time here. Looking for a good Italian restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything is ala carte. Had the manicotti. Very tasty. Wife had Caesar salad and mushroom soup. She said it was the best mushroom soup she ever had. Service was slow because of being short staffed in the kitchen but will definitely come back to check other dishes and to see how service goes when fully staffed.
