Been here 3 times. First two times, everything was great. Food, service, etc. Third time? I brought my mother and my girlfriend for dinner and the food had no flavor. They put us on the “limited menu” so we couldn’t even order what we wanted. The pasta had no seasoning and my mom’s burger was burnt. They didn’t charge us for the burger thankfully. But, the food was worse quality than Chili’s.. Won’t be coming back for a long time.

Prime Rib, Veggies, Mashed Potatoes. Prime Rib was cooked to medium and was cooked perfectly with horseradish on the side. Perfect!!! Dessert I ordered the Carrot Cake was probably the best Carrot Cake that I have ever had and very big. I recommend the Prime Rib and the Carrot Cake. Service was also very good.

My husband & I dined in one day and had delivery to our room one day. We really enjoyed the food from both settings. The only problem we had was that the tip was already added in the delivery bill and I tipped again when I signed off on the receipt because the actual receipt was in a bottom of the bag with the food, which I didn’t see until afterwards. It was our first time trying room service. I just think people should know ahead of time if they order room service, that the tip is already included in the total cost beforehand. It was a $55 meal but we ended up tipping $19…. Pretty generous. What a first time lesson and experience.

Ordered a salad. They bring chicken pasta. When the Cobb salad finally arrived it was a gray piece of chicken on top of a salad that looked like they rushed. Server never checked back and didn’t even know what happened. I rejected this gross looking salad. Took 15 min to get the check.

Terrible service, we couldn’t get a waitresses attention to help us, we waited about 15 minutes then got a waiter that said he wasn’t assigned to our table to help us finally. The food was ok, nothing special. Asked for extra corn tortillas from a manager since our waitress was too busy to help us, and she brought flour. Won’t be back, and don’t recommend.

The buffalo wings were soft and big. I preferred my wings a bit more baked but these were ok. The calamari was good as any other calamari. The price is fine, each plate was an average of $15. I would probably get the calamari again but I would skip the wings because I like them a different style.

Worst restaurant ever! The wait was 45 min just to get an appetizer. I ordered chili wings they brought buffalo I asked for blue cheese they brought ranch, the food was cold. There wasn’t even a long line so why the heck did it take 45 min to get our food. the supervisor came over she said her name was Alex she was rude and aggressive. I’m a customer, she talked with her hands on her hip the whole time lord and aggressively. I just was letting her know the service was unacceptable the wait was overly long then my food was wrong and cold I tasted 1 wing and she said I must of liked it because I ate 1! Who says that? I ate 1 because I waited almost an Hour for an app when it wasn’t even my right order and I was hungry!!!! I’ll stick to San Manuel, please don’t waste your time at this place!!!! And definitely don’t deal with Alex worst supervisor ever.
