I stop here after I pick up the kids from school about twice a month and normally I get the same thing every time and usually the pizza is pretty good for being a chain pizzeria and the staff is always friendly. But today was not one of those days sorry to say. The lady who took my order seamed to be having a bad day or something cuz she had an attitude and when I got my pizza I tipped her, like I do everyone else who’s taken or delivered my order from there. And when I got home I see she took her bad day out on my pizzas as you can see in the pictures this is not how you make a pizza. And no it’s not a stuffed crust. Just ALOT of burnt crust a good two inches, with very little sauce that wasn’t even spread all the way out and not a whole lot of toppings either. I understand under staffed and bad days and I’m definitely not a “Karen” but come we can do better than this guys.

Went to the Youngstown rd location today and it was only 2 people working but I must say I was extremely proud of the cashier. Despite how busy they were she attended to every customer and kept a smile on her face while doing so. Mikala B you rock girl❤️❤️❤️❤️
