I had heard about Marko’s from a FB discussion thread in one of the communities that I am part of as the best place for a fish sandwich locally… and it was not wrong! When I looked at the hours and the location and the fact they have been in business for 95 years, I knew it would not disappoint. What I didn’t expect was how good their fried mushrooms and potato salad is. I need to figure out if they sell it by the quart and buy a couple. Highly recommend, will make this place a regular hit list. Place is small, so take it togo, but best service I’ve received in quite some time

A well known secret in the area us Marko’s Fish. You have to have their fish sandwich. It us a battered cod fish on a thick type of hand sliced bread with pickups, onions, banana peppers and tartar sauce. Yeah I know many make it like that. Nit many taste so good though.
