I had a burrito that I had requested in a bowl. Thank goodness, IT WAS HUGE! They did the most unique thing and thoroughly mixed all the ingredients in the tortilla before folding it up. That way you get all the wonderful flavors in every bite. I’ve never seen this done before, but will forever eat my burritos this way!!!!!

Love this place… only bad thing is they only have a few locations as of now. They cook the tortillas in front of you and mix all the ingredients!!! That way you don’t have a bite of cheese, then a bite of lettuce, then a tiny bite of meat! The QUESO is amazing, make sure you add it to your order!

Food is wildly inconsistent (but when it’s great – way better than Chipotle or Qdoba) and service is awful. I always order a steak burrito, no customizations or anything like that, and still feel like an inconvenience to the staff. Restaurant is dirty and napkins/straws are often out. Employees are on their phones half the time I’m in, so they have time to actually do their job.

I’ve been coming to Pancheros for as long as I can remember, probably too much if I’m honest. The quality of the food/service has dropped off significantly in the last few years. There are a few employees who are still good, most not so much. More and more they are out of food or it’s not prepped for a dinner rush. Or the meat, beans, queso has been left uncovered and his almost inedible. For the love of all things delicious, don’t bother ordering a quesadilla from them either! Literally the easiest thing to make and no one seems to be capable of evenly spreading the cheese and protein/toppings. I’ve had far too many where the end pieces have zero meat (despite ordering double meat) and lately no cheese either! To top it off, I can’t think of much that’s more annoying than seeing headphones while working, especially over the ear headphones. Mostly because they don’t hear your order then ask again. Do better Pancheros, don’t make me go to a lesser quality like Qdoba or Chipotle

Taco ✝️ Tuesday!! Great service, good people, delicious food, fast delivery. I tried out a new restaurant for taco Tuesday. TACO DATE ! We decided for delivery. Playing ▶️ it safe still.When we can with pandemic post season. We order steak taco’s, chicken ♥️ enchiladas, & chips n salsa. We were given plenty of napkins n silverware . We kind of stumbled upon this place- PANCHEROS. Qdoba canceled out our order FOUR TIMES ⏲️ with Uber eats. We actually had to call Qdoba to talk to them about canceling our order so we could order something else. Qdoba management answered and said to us that they were all out of everything but meat n cheese n lettuce. Nothing else. Please complete the cancelation so we can order some other food. Anyways taco Tuesday night date turned out for the best. Thanks ✝️ PANCHEROS & UBER EATS!! P.s. Uber eats driver made delivery. Uber eats driver happened to be the same 1 who showed up for our Qdoba order. It’s so funny driver brought it all up n we all had quite the laugh . It’s a miracle how it all worked out. Third time ⏲️ they say is a charm. Differently try out PANCHEROS restaurant.

I tried four times to put in a catering order at this location. I was literally told to call back at different times to put this order in, if this much money was on the line I would make sure I took my number and called the customer back. You lost over $600 of business and they won’t ever be getting it back from me. Go to On the Border if you want catering!

AVOID! This place USED to be great. One of my go-to spots. But wow has it gone downhill over the years. 100% managements fault. Employees are rude. Managers are even worse. The place is FILTHY. Like literally a half inch of dust on every surface. Tabletops that havent been wiped or sanitized in days. And the floor is like a movie theater. Beyond sticky. Staff couldnt care less about customer service. Almost like they’re trying to lose business. To whoever owns this establishment. I beg you. Clean house.
