I ordered online and the bowl that I got was missing the fajita veggies, the rice was barely cooked, and the chips were stale. It was also cold, but online orders usually are so that part wasn’t entirely their fault. It was enidble and I paid 21$ for it, i definetly dont reccomend and won’t be back.

Saddest chipotle of ALL TIME. Skimpiest bowls ever! I took a picture. 32 dollar lunch! And don’t miss 14 chips.. yes we counted them… 14 in a large bag. When I mentioned that’s the skimpiest bowl of all time.. one woman gave attitude the other says.. “well we can throw my rice on top I guess” Do not eat here until they fix it… OBNOXIOUSLY overpriced for that quantity. It wasn’t just us the woman and 2 kids behind me said exact same thing as came by to sit down.. smallest portion at chipotle.

Most of the workers were super sweet but I’m pretty sure this was the manager, they had like 5 little pieces of steak in the bucket and gave me that, so I asked for more because that’s not enough and it’s was the last little pieces of fat and tiny ones, gave me attitude for asking for more steak and asking if they had more in the back and was acting like I wanted double when the amount on the bowl wasn’t even anything ♀️

Ordered a steak salad a paid 15.00 for it when what I got was a small bowel of lettuce steak and some cheese. Horrible and pretty expensive for that. Paid for double meat but got the normal small amount. Ordering a salad from here was a mistake I won’t make again.

If it’s the elderly lady, serving your food, run away. Paid $17 for a barely filled steak bowl.. broke college student on a budget trying to eat better. After every item requested, a limp scoop was given followed by an eager “is that all?”. kudos to her for rationalizing as much as she does. Probably doesnt want to make more. Smh.

The manager is really nice, if a little spacey at times lol. The kids who work there are great, however they do run out of things frequently so keep this in mind. But it was clean when I went in there and ingredients were fresh.

Its been a long time since I’ve had chipotle. Still great! Usually I’ll get the sofritas with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, tomatoes, and lettuce… for those of you that are scared of tofu, I can tell you, chipotle does it right. No rubbery texture, no bland flavor….sofritas is actually named after sofrito which is a spicy sauce with garlic onions, tomato, spices and peppers…. and its one of the healthiest items on chipotle’s menu. Pretty much all protein, no fat. So do yourself a favor and give it a try.

I like the one in Barboursville better. They actually have cilantro in the white rice and their beans are fully cooked. Every time I go to 5th Ave they never let me have a side of cilantro to put in my rice and beans are not fully cooked. Altogether I just dislike this location. Employees are rude an food portions are stingy. Bville always loads the bowls and they are nice.
