04/13/23, 11:20. The male employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. I asked him a simple question while checking out, and I he responded with the most unnecessarily aggressive answer. The food in the case was absolutely wretched looking, one of the containers of chicken tenders was just crumbs.and grease from the pizza was spilling over the sides. Like completely obviously just crumbs and then they stickered over the window so you couldn’t see. The whole place was filthy and the bathrooms looked unclean. I wish I could go back in time and erase the experience of going into this place forever. I left with empty hands and a ruined mood.

They are very polite and welcome you soon as you walk in and wish you a good day,afternoon,evening and night when leaving. They aren’t rude nor do they bother you if your looking for something on the shelves. Sometimes they forget to ask if you have rewards…other than that they are awesome thanks!

I was overcharged for a soda. I told the cashier that the price on the shelf was lower than the price it rang up at. Rather than adjust the price or even apologize for their mistake he just copped an attitude and got all moody about it. I get it, I’ll shop elsewhere.

My Grandma and I called to order a pizza and we tried to order a half meat and half veggie pizza, and I asked what veggies were available and they hung up on my grandma, then we called back and they said they hung up on purpose because we weren’t ready to order. Really bad customer service, not helpful whatsoever!

Pipestone mn Casey’s north.. over charged then followed to car asked to bring items back in and refund. Then recharged. Blamed it on computers. Has sign for 10 dollar pizza but charges 40 dollars for 1 large 1 medium and a 20 oz bottle of pop!.. service sucked. Rudely asked what we were there for. Cashier has no clue. I worked a a very busy station for years. Never ever would did I treat people like I was tonight. Shame on this small town Casey’s. I will certainly try to avoid Casey’s anywhere from now on.
