The mobile truck is so cute! The concept is great! I got the Nachos, although there was tons of stuff I wanted to try. If you like 711’s Nachos, you’ll love these. The portion is huge.

I don’t eat many vegan meals and have been unimpressed with most that I have had out. This was absolutely spot on one of the best vegan meals I have had. Got the street tacos and nachos and just wow. The sauces were amazing. They chose good vegan flank that had good texture and the sauce they marinated it in was perfect. The cheese on the nachos tasted like cheddar and the flavors worked well together. Then the churros and chocolate were great. The chocolate was semi-sweet and paired nicely with the churros.

Chihuahua Brothers catered our bday party this weekend for about 50-60 guests. Food was fantastic. I tried most of the items including the spicy chorizo sausage taco, the phish taco, the elote, and the shrimp ceviche. All were delicious. Got rave reviews from my carnivore friends and family. Loved the service by Kevyn and his partner. Will definitely use them again.

Not a vegan – in fact, I’d be a categorical carnivore if not for my love of bread, pizza, and roasted veg. It was hard for me to differentiate between these folks’ steak tacos and tacos with beef steak made from any other place I’ve tried in the area, and I’d dare say they were better.

The veggie dogs are . Best vegan fish tacos I’ve had yet. The elote “off the cobb” is tasty and they have a vegan ceviche that’s pretty good. I’ll definitely be back.
