Absolutely loved this new, fresh take on Italian here in Raleigh. The atmosphere is dramatic and inviting, but not suffocating. The wait staff is pleasant and prompt and willing to answer any questions about the menu. Our waiter knew the menu by heart and had some fantastic recommendations. Out of all the dishes we had, the best by far were the wild boar pasta and the seared octopus. I’ve never had anything like these two dishes before!

It was a hot and warm Wednesday evening. We wanted to have a nice work team dinner. Cucciolo was the restaurant of choice. Located in the bustling North Hills, this fine dining Italian restaurant is large with a huge sign you can’t miss upon entry we were greeted by a hostess who sat us quickly. The decor and ambiance certainly matches fine dining at its finest. They have a good sized menu, that is not overwhelming. Plenty of appetizers and entree choices. The pricing is also reasonable for the type of restaurant you go into.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cucciolo Terazza Italian restaurant in North Hills for a lovely dinner date with my husband, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The ambience is exceptionally beautiful.

Cucciolo Terrazza is quite easily my new favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. The ambiance is brilliant, the food/wine menu is superb and the Tiramisu is perfection. The wait staff is attentive and pleasant as well. The only downside is that they consistently refuse to answer the phone during business hours; so if you need to make an inquiry or reservation for a large party … good luck. Otherwise, no complaints.

This was our first time here and I must say that everything was great! The service, atmosphere and not to mention the delicious food were all top notch! The sausage pizzette had incredible flavors! I ordered the wild boar pasta which was amazing! My friend had the branzino and said it was great! Not to mention the yummy drinks! Looking forward to our next visit!

Italian food is hard to come by in the Triangle and this is the best in my opinion. We appreciated Daniel, our server for his sense of humor and warm hospitality. It made for a memorable evening and the whole staff made it possible.

Definitely a most go again, again and again place! Started w cocktails, bartender was adorable. Caesar salad was fierce, clearly a house made dressing. The wild boar aglinotti was OFF THE CHARTS amazing. My partner and I stopped in from a recommendation from a dear friend. I’m so glad we went and will certainly be returning.

Recently, I had the pleasure of having brunch with a group of 12 ladies as we celebrated one in our group with a baby “sprinkle.” They did an incredible job of setting us up in the main dining room while making us feel as though we were secluded! Andrew, our server, went over and above to make sure everyone was satisfied with food and drink. He did a fantastic job of describing all of the brunch items, which are all very intricate. The photo is of The Benny; rustic and filling. The cappuccino (no photo) was so creamy and delicious. You won’t go home hungry!
