Only pay card here. Wasn’t giving correct cash back. When I called she said she doesn’t see anything on camera and I didn’t give what I know for a fact I did. Someone stole $30 cash and handed me 7 wadded up dollars. But nobody has an answer…. No cash from me anymore.

Dispatcher and drivers playing loudly and shouting. Distracting cashiers. Otherwise the order took a bit longer to process due to the inability of any of us up front to hear each other.

Placed order online; within minutes I received a phone call from the store advising they were out of an ingredient and asking if I still wanted the order. We worked out a substitute, and my hot, very fresh, very tasty pizza was delivered to my door (contactless, as I requested) in about 30 minutes. Excellent service, excellent quality. Not easy to come by in other Crawfordville restaurants. THANK YOU, Pizza Hut of Crawfordville. Please pass this along to the manager.

I ordered a “dinner box” that was a pizza, cheese sticks, and Cinnamon sticks. I ordered my pizza to have extra sauce. There was barely any sauce on it and it basically felt like I was eating thick dough with no sauce or barely any cheese. I took some pictures because it was so disappointing. Then, the cheese bread sticks that my wife wanted were terrible. They weren’t actually breadsticks, it was actually a pizza with just cheese on top that was cut into a rectangle shape. You could see the pizza crust, the breadsticks weren’t cut! We had to cut it and tear them apart ourselves. Also extremely dry and unpleasant. We didn’t eat that. And the cinnamon sticks were also terrible. After I opened the box I went back to the Pizza Hut website to see what the they were supposed to look like. They were basically undercooked bare white breadsticks with some cinnamon just thrown on top. Not what I was expecting based off the picture on the menu. I took pictures of the cheese breadsticks and cinnamon sticks as well if anyone would like to see how bad they were. Overall just seemed like a lack of effort resulting in a pretty unpleasant experience. I understand there may be staffing issues and supply chain issues potentially affecting this store, but this was an unpleasant experience and a waste of money. Don’t plan on ever going to Pizza Hut again.
