Catastrophic Chaos
The drinks and food are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tables and dining area were a little dirty. And had to wait a long time. But the staff offered a free drink to make up for it. So I’d say it’s a great place and I’d definitely visit again.

I did a mobile order and then went inside and waited for it. It took a half hour for them to make my food…and six employees were working. I have never been to a Starbucks slower than this one with six people working. I work at a local cafe and 2 people can work faster than that. I don’t want to be too rude and I’m sorry if this sounds quite rude, but it’s just an observation that they could benefit from better organization, so I hope they improve more. Thank you for reading my review. Don’t let me stop you from coming here, just budget for more time if you do:)

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and they basically always get our order right. Staff members are usually willing to make special drinks or modifications when possible.

Service was absolutely atrocious, workers barely spoke to me even after saying hello and thank you for the order. One even rolled their eyes at me when I was trying to explain that I did indeed have a pick up order at this specific location. “Well we have another location on Linebaugh and Dale Mabry” “No, I ordered here at Linebaugh and Sheldon” No response, no help, just walks away. Management needs to step up their game and hire a better staff.

Food and drinks are good as usual. The three kids there seemed not to be working in synch, I waited about 5 minutes when I was first in line, for someone to take my order, without a “wait a moment m’am” or acknowledging my wait.

Although this location is very, very popular and busy from what I gathered from the line of cars in the drive-thru and the number of customers inside for pick-up orders…(I am visiting the Citrus Park/Tampa area from Orlando)…the baristas here have it going on and with a smile to boot. KUDOS!!!

Ignore all the negative comments. This Starbucks and this team are the best in the area. They’re handling a brand new store, entirely new layout, and new staff like professionals. Props to the baristas handling rush hour Easter drive through while keeping serving time under 2 minutes. You guys are killing it <3 Your store manager should give you a pat on the back. Keep it up.
