I’ve attempted to eat here multiple times. Sometimes they have not opened by opening time or have closed before closing time, other times no one is there in the middle of the day. The one time I’ve successfully gotten a sandwich from here I had to wait a good while and it appeared that there was only one worker. Bummer, I was excited to have a JJ close to home. I don’t attempt anymore.

Two bad experiences in a row confirm the bad reviews are true. The last two times in a row have seen them not start the online order even 15 minutes after sending it, because they are out of key items like bread, turkey and ham (they can slice it if you can wait another 30 minutes).

Went through the drive thru and sat for about 10 minutes before calling the store. Unbenown to me, their headsets were broken and couldn’t use the drive thru and then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t order over the phone that I must come inside to order. So naturally I order online and go sit in my car. Being that the walls are clear glass I can see them entirely. I will say, that meat slicer was cleaned about 4 times and will be spotless for the day without a doubt. But, I think the customer that already tried to go through the drive thru and order over the phone might be not wanting to spend about an hour getting a single sandwich. Then as I went inside to pick up my sandwich my bag was thrown about 3 ft before it hit the table and she said only ” here you go ” . I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy.

Gets slower with each visit. I have given this location numerous attempts to get themselves back on track, but it never seems to be fixable. Ordering online they close the store and make you go through the drive-through, which is a useless waste of time. They only have one person working trying to handle everything. This directly reflects on the manager and ownership of this restaurant. Stay away from this location.

We waited for at over half an hour for our sandwiches. It wasn’t busy, there was only one person working during the lunch hour. The food tasted fine, but the wait was stupid. Jimmy John’s can’t advertise that it’s freaky fast when it simply is not. Never going back to this location.

This was very disappointing. Every time I’ve had to go to this location I always dread it for the fact that the workers are rude and it’s slow. I just got done waiting at the microphone in the drive thru for 10 minutes and when the lady finally got to my order she addressed me with “order”. Smaller note, the paper the sandwich was wrapped in was being held together with scotch tape? Wouldn’t recommend.

Visited on Tuesday 4/12/23. No bread, the employees complained it was the managers job to make earlier in the day. No lettuce, no salami, no…you get the idea. For sure the worst visit I’ve ever had to a Jimmy John’s. I am surprised they didn’t just close. This location is off my list.

Awful experience. Hardly had any of the meats for any of the sandwiches. They were yelling at each other about what to do about my sandwich while I was sitting at the window. I was asked to order a different sandwich with a lot of attitude. I was the only one at the store and it still took almost 20min for my to get my order. Should have just went somewhere else.
