Sent my 16 year old daughter to get 2 blizzards and they gave her both half full. She didn’t know how to handle it and the picture is what we got. This is terrible service. An employee that can’t even make an ice cream isn’t worth the cup it’s put in!!

Usually I try to start my reviews with the good first. I’ve given this location three tries, all with close to the same result. I’m going to be honest, there was no good. This visit we spent 40 minutes in the drive-thru…seriously. They were out of coke. So the order was only a cheeseburger and a blizzard. The ice cream was running down the sides of the cup, and there were no napkins. The cheeseburger was cold. I’ll include a picture of the burger with top off so you can see the quality of the tomato and onions. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone, and will not give it another try.

It used to be hit or miss at this particular location, but the staff has improved tremendously. I ALWAYS receive excellent customer service. If there’s a problem with my order, I still receive excellent service. Ive haven’t left feeling unhappy there in some time now. Keep it up guys, you rock!

Had such a great experience at this DQ! My daughter is blind and has sensory issues on top of being lactose intolerant. Fred and Larry found a chocolate bar that was lactose free for her and even blended it down to a shake since she can’t bite down! Love the inclusion and willingness to help when able!

Stopped in for a blizzard, which is always a hit, and of course, it was great! They were very busy and appeared to be understaffed as the dining room was quite dirty, so we sat outside. The staff was courteous and kind as they messed up my wife’s order but corrected it immediately, which I appreciate.

The food was hot and fresh. Made perfect and very satisfying. I placed a mobile app order and chose to dine in. I added a PB malt to my order when I got there. There was a funky smell in there and the big tv was turned off… But I was greeted by three employees and treated like I was important. So I enjoyed this DQ and will visit as often as my calorie count and $$ will allow.
