Called in a carry out order and was asked if I was paying on the phone or in store, I stated that I may have a coupon so I’ll pay when I get there. I presented the coupon to the cashier and she said the discount was applied. I looked at the receipt and it was $12 more than it should’ve been. I asked for them to correct it and she refused. Then my wife goes in the and asks them to refund the entire order and keep it and the cashier (who said she’s a manager ) actually said “fuck you” to my wife. Corporate was contacted

I like the food in fact it’s one of my favorite pizzas. They’ve stopped delivering to my area even though pizza hut and dominoes are in the same plaza, and they deliver to me. It’s less than a mile from my location so I’m confused.

Pizza cold, employee said “and that’s my problem?” and walked away when I said something. Garlic cup was also split open, but the large man in the red shirt with glasses didn’t want to listen. He was too busy talking with another employee working and just turned his back on me. Won’t be back.

You can’t understand anyone when trying to place an order you can let them know exactly what you want and they still put your order in wrong and when you get your order and see that it isn’t correct don’t bother calling in to speak to a manager to try and resolve your issue because they can care less… The customer services is absolutely horrible!
